+ 0 moreAll went as expected. The only thing I did not like was he did not nail the subfloor down first. There are creeks in the floor in 3 places. If you go with him, you should nail down the subfloor before the wood flooring arrives.

+ 0 moreRich was prompt, efficient, friendly and the price was reasonable compared to other estimates. The floors are just beautiful and he did a great job of cleaning up after. I couldn't be more pleased. I referred him to friends who were also very happy with his work. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Sanded, stained and urethaned stairs two large rooms, buffed and urethaned four rooms plus two hallways.
