Description of Work: Called and emailed company for outside water faucet replacement. No response. Company is within 3 miles of my home. Guess they don't do small jobs. Would have liked a courtesy call, though.

Description of Work: Called Santoro Plumbing, spoke with office person who confirmed employee would meet us to work on replacing our hot water heater. We drove 4 hours to work location, called Santoro 3 times to get them to arrive, each of the 3 calls went to their phone message machine, we left a message each time, we never heard from them again, Santoro Plumbing is not reliable.

+ -1 moreI could not ask for a better tradesman to work on my house. I explained in the paragraph above the quality of his work and the amount of work he has done for me.
Description of Work: Mr Santoro installed a vent to the stove hood. He ran the duct work to the exterior wall, cut the hole in the exterior and installed the vent. All caulking and touch up paint was done. Santoro P & H has done all my interior work, new furnace, new sink with faucets, installed toilets, installed fuel lines for the furnace, serviced furnace, etc. He is alway sure to make sure all surrounding are protected. He makes sure everything is clean, and he leaves no trace that he was there, other than the work he has done.
