They ensured everything was done to our satisfaction and even stayed late on the final day to complete the job and clean up. Their work was excellent. It’s worth noting that the lumber company—not Minuteman—delivered some boxes of the wrong color wood. Steve was extremely responsive, ensured the mistake was corrected, and made sure it did not delay the project. To me, that is the mark of a great contractor. The team even repaired our bathroom subfloor, which was outside the scope of the project. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we truly appreciate the team’s dedication to the project. The floors look fantastic!"

Not only was I expecting him to refinish my hardwood floors, I was asking him to come in and work miracles to repair the damage done by another contractor who had a damaged machine created wavy distortions to my floors. Lou made them look beautiful again! He was very honest about what he could and could not make perfect and his work always exceeded my expectations. Lou was careful to keep his work area very clean, cleaned up after himself daily and protected my other living areas by sheeting off the rooms he was refinishing. The final finish is so beautiful, with four coats of satin urethane, I think they look better than the factory finish. I would highly recommend Lou to anyone in need of hardwood flooring installation or refinishing."

"These guys were fantastic. We had replaced our kitchen tile without using Angi’s two years ago. They did a terrible job, not lining the tiles properly, not grouting properly, and they didn’t remove the issues at the base of the tiles, so overtime our tiles were cracking. The contractor had promised us he’d come back to finish the grouting when he left in Friday, but asked for payment. New homeowner mistake, I paid him. He never responded to my messages after that. ALV came in the same day I posted on Angi’s, gave a reasonable quote, and then bought the tiles we were looking at the next day. 3 days later, the project is complete, the grout finished, everything looks fantastic. 10/10 would use these guys again."
