+ -1 moreWe had to call several times in order to schedule an appointment. People did not return messages left on their machines, after scheduling an appointment a week and a half away (long waiting list?) No one showed up on the scheduled date, even after I confirmed by phone the previous day. I rescheduled for the following day and again no one showed up. I called to complain, and no one could give me an explanation. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service.
Description of Work: I requested a quote for a new complete HVAC system to heat and cool our 1700sqft house.
