I received a coupon in the mail for duct cleaning. I called spoke with a "girl" from the office and was told I would see a video of ducts, no mention of the price I would be charged for cleaning the ducts. No video, but I did see through a camera a live picture of some of the duct work. My fault for not asking for estimate. Employee came in cleaned vents, and sat down and wrote my estimate before other work performed. $600. really?! I have a very small house. some of the charges included $229.00 for purifying lamp? ok. $399.00 for future maint. program. All of which I declined. Very misleading. I would recommend other customers to do their research before working with any duct cleaning business. Very disappointed. buyer beware.

They were supposed to give a written estimate before they started work. The person that was doing it said I was going to get the estimate after work was completed. So I never got an estimate. I ended up with a ridiculous bill, and told them I never received an estimate. Let them know I couldn’t afford that bill for the vents being clean, especially since I was not told what the price what be for the job. They talked with management and said they would cut the bill in half. When I noticed my credit card statement, they had charged the full price and I had to contact my credit card company to take care of that. One of the workers spent a half hour in my bathroom stating he ate something bad. It was unprofessional and I was definitely overcharged on this job. I haven’t had to run my A/C yet, and am afraid to see if the job was really completed or not.
