Description of Work: Fixed the ipad, had to take front screen off, fixed the power button and WiFi, put in back light filter solder.

+ -1 moreI did something I've never done before for a significant expenditure: I walked up to their Kiosk in the mall (after leaving the Apple store to see what their options were) and ordered "We Fix Wireless" services. I am glad I did. The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was done in 2 days (within their estimate range; although like most mobile device owners, I was hoping for the quickest time within the range). They did a great job restoring my iPad, especially given the condition the case/screen was in (the device itself was working fine after being dropped).
Description of Work: Replace the Touch Screen Glass on my ipad (because it fell on a tile floor and cracked)

+ 0 moreOverall the whole process went so well. I talked with a guy there and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He told me how much it would be and how long it would take to do it. I came back later the same day with my phone and an hour later I got a call from them saying it was all set to go. I could not believe they were able to bring it back to life. The condition my phone was in, I thought it would only be good for a paper weight. I am so happy to have my iPhone back.
Description of Work: Replaced the LCD screen, front, and back plate glass on my iPhone 4.

+ 0 moreThey won't fix it. It is under warranty, but they want me to spend another $60 for them to fix it. The screen is now changing colors, it is messed up.
Description of Work: They put a screen on, it has a big bubble in it now. They said if we have any problems, come back.
