Chris was prompt and respectful. As a “handyman” he was open to doing several different types of tasks but we settled on some painting as being the best ROI to try to sell the house. He was helpful in making the decision. Since he wasn’t “selling” his services as a painter but rather a handyman I would have been willing to tolerate a less-than-totally professional job but he a great job with patching and there was no paint drips. There was some slight overspray from the work in the garage since he sprayed the paint but he warned me about this in advance and made sure it would be acceptable, since it would lower the cost of the job. For those who want their workers to show up in pressed pants and a polo, they might be concerned with the somewhat non-professional appearance but don’t be fooled. Chris was respectful, knowledgeable, and did good work.

We had used Chris before for a few small projects and decided to go with him for the fence. Chris demolished and removed the old wood fence and installed a new vinyl fence for us. He was very professional and did great work. When I am ready to have other projects done I will definitely call him again.

We hired Chris for several jobs that we did not want to attempt for ourselves. First we needed insulation in the attic and against an outside wall, which he completed quickly. We also wanted some fixtures installed in the bathroom including a large recessed medicine cabinet, shower rod and towel rods. I then decided that I wanted a feature wall in the master bathroom and after discussing several options with Chris we ended up going with distressed wood look porcelain tiles, which turned out great. Finally we had Chris install shelving units in all the bedroom closets. Fortunately Chris was able to fit in the smaller jobs in between other jobs he was doing, and I know he stayed late to finish on some nights. We felt very comfortable leaving him alone in the house, and he was able to work independently once he knew what we were looking for. I am happy with the work he completed, and will continue to hire him for future projects.

I left a phone message for Chris and he followed up rather quickly with a phone message looking for more details and trying to set up a time to look at the problem. I then left 3 subsequent voice mails with details and proposed times but never heard back. He is a hard person to reach.

Contacted them about a small job, Chris got right back to me and I gave him the details and that was the last I heard from him. Called and left three messages none were returned never heard back again. Got someone else to do job. If he didn't want the job should have said so at start.

Contacted Chris based on Angies list reviews. He came by and looked at the house, expressed interest in the work and promised me a estimate in a few days. When I did not hear from them I sent an message asking if they were still interested in the work. Later in the week I called and asked if they were still interested and Chris said he was and would put together an estimate that evening. He expressed concern about an area of the house that had rot and added expense if the rot was more than superficial. I concurred and understood that the there may more expense if more work had to be done. Never heard anything back. Never got an estimate. Never got an email or phone call saying sorry or that they decided they did not want to do the work. This led me to try to find another repair person further delaying the repair. Sorry, I just think businesses should treat customers with a minimal amount of courtesy even if it is a phone call or email saying they are interested in doing work they previously expressed interest in doing.

He was good. I think his price was reasonable. He did a very good job, very methodical and the service was done right.

He was fabulous, He has taken care of the workers I have hired. He made sure I didn't have any problem with the other contractors. He has done tons of work around my home.

He does very good work and is very thorough.
