Description of Work: The Phillips Martin Group is a General Contracting company who scheduled and oversaw the majority of a major renovation of my home. In addition to functioning as the primary carpenter, Keith Martin, the sole proprietor of Phillips-Martin, arranged for and scheduled the plumbing, HVAC, plaster, and the tile sub contractors. All of the work performed was top notch and all of the folks involved were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Keith's business proposal was clearly documented and was organized by job function, each with it's own individual quote. I elected to use my own electrician, painter, and cabinet maker although I'm confident that the ones that Keith normally works with would have been fine.
