We were upset that we bought into their "annual service" which we thought would be coming out once per season. They instead come every three months and try to get you for $145.00 per time they show up to your house unannounced (they claim they call ahead but didn't). There was no official written contract or terms in writing. They show up whether you want them to or not and you end up paying a lot of money for services you don't need.

They were very good and we haven't needed to call them for at least 6 or 7 years. I thought they were very cordial. They came right out and were not overly expensive. They didn't keep finding things wrong and weren't looking to upsell. They were just looking to take care of the issue, so I think they came out for a basic ant control and for the little black bugs. They did it all at one time and the people who came out were very nice. At the time I believe it was the owner who was coming out and doing it, but towards the end of the service he had other people that were working with him. They were just easy and very good to work with. They didn't make me feel horrible for having these bugs I couldn't get rid of. I had called several places and their prices was the best and that's why I went with them.

We had rain following the spraying and I don't know how effective it's going to be long-term. We still occasionally see big black ants, but they did as good as a job as any pest control would do.

I've had them for years. With pest control, there seems to be a lot of funny business. They make up different prices and different stories. This guy made the most sense to me. He is independent. He comes up with various ways of treating them. They came frequently. They were very thorough. I was very impressed with them. I did have some problems along the way. The technician that came missed all kind of checks.

I like the convenience of their services and appreciate that they call to remind you of the yearly visit, as I don't have to call to set up an appointment.
