+ 6 moreWe had an excellent experience with Schwanz Construction with the remodel of our property in Manchester NH. Pedro Alves and his team did an excellent job. The work included landscaping, new flooring, new doors and fixtures, finishing the basement, complete remodel of kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and painting the interior. The project was completed on time and the work was professional quality. I would highly recommend Schwanz Construction and will use their services again on our next project!

This company came to our home, scraped and painted all of our exterior woodwork. They did a fantastic job. We did a walk around and found a few spots that needed to be touched up. Without hesitation they set some guys by to do the touch ups and it looks fabulous. Great company to work with, and we will use them for future projects.

I highly recommend this company. Pedro was great to do business with. He was very helpful with my color choices. I was having difficulty coming to a decision with choosing a color for the main living area. He recommended Impossible White and I love it. The crew was very professional. They were vey careful protecting my belongings. Everything went smoothly and they cleaned up after the job was completed. I am thrilled with the results.
