It went very smoothly. They showed up when promised and worked diligently the whole time. They left my yard cleaner than when they arrived which was very much appreciated. Great communication through the whole process

Arrived by 7am, had old roof off within an 1.5 hrs, new roof installed by 3pm. 1.4K sq ft house and did it on a 25 degree day with a snow shower in the middle of it. Truly the best company I've used for any service on my home. Top Professionals doing exactly what they said they would, I could not be happier with the result. What an incredible experience - on 11/19/2020, Roofing King completely replaced our 20 year old roof in less than a day. We have been doing a lot of work on the house over the past few years, and in all that time we have never had such a stress free, well organized, professional quality project. From the initial contact with the office, to the detailed quote, to the variety of options for financing/payment, to the visit to our house for visual inspection and signing the contract, this company was an absolute pleasure to work with. They pulled all the permits for us and arranged for a dumpster and for the electric company to cover the wires, and on the day the job was done, they arrived on time and kicked into high gear immediately. Everyone on the team was friendly and efficient, extremely focused on their jobs AND on ensuring our property was protected during the work. Once done, the cleanup was flawless, with all our little decorations that were moved to protect them put back exactly in place - not a single sign that our roof was just stripped clean, several plywood pieces replaced, and reshingled in about 8 hours. Almost sad we won't have to do this project again for a couple of decades, because we'd work with Roofing King again in a second!

This whole experience was made so simple and honestly I am beyond happy with the results. I never find myself reviewing things on websites and they did such an amazing job that I had to come and review them haha

Wow, what a job these guys did!! They said that they would arrive around 7 - 7:30. Their crew arrived at 7:15, right on time. By 7:30 they were on the roof stripping the old one off. Within an hour, they were putting the new roof on. 4-5 hours later they were done. As some did the work on the roof, others were on cleanup.. these guys were extremely efficient and blew away my expectations. Amazing workmanship and took the time to answer all my questions.

Wow! Exceptional experience from the beginning. Jason was great to deal with. He was the most knowledgeable of all of the estimators (we got quotes from 7 different roofing companies), answered all of our questions and gave great advice. Roofing King wasn't the lowest estimate, but in the lower middle price range. We went with them because Jason won our trust and my research on their products (GAF) showed them to be top of the line with terrific warranties. Jason gave us options for a basic roof, a better and a best. It was clearly the right choice to go with the best. When we called him in a panic because we had open plywood as a result of recent construction he went out of his way (along with Jess who schedules the work and helped us get financing) to do our roof immediately. We called on Tuesday, Jason arrived Thursday, and on Saturday the roof was installed. The installation crew was impressive! I think we had 8 workers on the roof at one time and 2 or 3 on the ground cleaning up. They dropped materials and a dumpster off the day before and got to work at 7 am, finishing up by 1:30 pm. We have a very large roof so that was really something. Jason was here to make sure everything went as planned. It was really nice and unusual to have the same person quote the job, set it up, and supervise it. They left our yard cleaner than it was before they began. The roof looks beautiful. We are really really happy. A quick note about Jess - she had the financing handled in 15 minutes and jumped through a few hoops to get the scheduling lined up as they were booking out 3 weeks when I called. Roofing King will go way above and beyond to make you a happy customer from great customer service, an awesome product, and exceptional installation and clean up. Roofing King showed up early in the morning to get started, had the old roofing material off in a few hours, cleaned and prepped roof, and by the end of the day, had a new roofing system installed. Great crew working together and kept up with the grounds around the house to keep the area cleaned up. After the job was done, you couldn't even tell they were there. Of the others that were out there that I talked too and seen, and some with out of this world price quotes I got, working with this local company that was recommended to check out,and seen other roofing jobs done by them, it was the best choice I made and was happy with the quote and services they provided. From the time I first met Jason Tevepaugh (sales consultant) and Jeff (job overseer) who were both very professional, courteous and friendly, I felt very comfortable with every aspect of the roof replacement. Everyone I spoke with was also the same. The crew was not only very punctual, professional and extremely great at their job, they also were amazing at making sure my home, plants etc. were very well protected with giant tarps. The job was also done in an extremely timely manner. With the exception of the new roof, you couldn't even tell that they were here. Everything was so very clean and well cared for. I would most definitely recommend Roofing King to anyone. Such a fantastic company to do business with.

Buying a new roof is a major expense and something we never had to do until this year and we had a lot of anxiety going into the process. We thoroughly researched and reviewed many quotes from several companies / contractors. All came in roughly about the same dollar amount but none gave us "warm and fuzzy" feeling. When we decided to move forward with one, all of a sudden they came back with "a math error" on the quote to the tune of about 25% with no explanation or apology. That led us to find one more new vendor and that's when we found Roofing King. I was immediately put at ease once I experienced the professionalism of the office staff who compassionately worked with us to explore financing options. I knew from the first phone call I was dealing with a "real company" not just some guy who has a magnetic sign on the side of his pick up truck. It was a no-brainer and and the whole experience only got better every step of the way. Roofing King is a well oiled machine. There is a clear and very efficient process, highly professional and knowledgeable staff and the quality of the end product could not have exceeded our expectations further. I never thought a new roof would be such a work of art and would make our house look so amazing. I would be happy to provide direct feedback to anyone who may be going through the stressful process of researching and buying a new roof. There simply is not better choice than Roofing King.

Jason was great at providing an estimate, provided a lot of great information (was very appreciative of the tip regarding google reviews and for letting us know about the roofs for troops rebate), was professional, nice, on time, and the estimate was very affordable. Appreciated them offering their certificate of insurances and their GAF Master Elite Certification with the estimate. If I had to do it all over again, would strongly consider going with this company instead of the one we chose.

Got a call from Steve who was very pleasant and said they could definately help me. Jason said the same when he came out to do the estimate on May 8th. Received an email from Jessica on May 10th saying they could remove the skylights and install plywood but they could NOT do the rest of the work at this time. Very disappointing.

Craig and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. Very accommodating and courteous of my property. Excellent work done stripping and laying my entire roof in 1 DAY!!! Excellent clean up ( and I have yet to find one roofing nail lurking in my drive way waiting for a car tire to pick it up).
