Robert Johnson was quite knowledgeable and friendly. His services were very affordable, especially as compared to what competitors would have charged. He was also generous, as he found an issue with a part in my toilet (while ensuring the water heater installation was successful), and he replaced the part for free. I would absolutely recommend Robert Johnson and would hire again if needed!

So grateful to find the perfect plumber for our new water tank installation on Angi! Robert responded immediately to our untimely failure of the old water heater. His primary work jobs are water heaters. We had a StateSelect > 15 years. He removed the old, obtained the new StateSelect , had it installed and the cellar cleaned up <3 hours. The next day we received a courtesy follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. The new water heater was working great! Robert is professional , arrived on time, explain what was needed, answered all questions and got the job done. The cost of his service is very reasonable. Robert is amazing. He reached out right away and stayed in communication about everything. He explained his work and is clearly very very knowledgeable. He first attempted to educated himself if a repair for the part was possible and gave it a shot. Although it didn’t work, I appreciate that he tried. Instead I had a new water tank installed, which he did quickly and seamlessly. When the hot water tank stopped working 6 weeks later, I called Robert. For the day after Christmas, Robert came straight over to diagnose and fix the problem (caused by cats, not malfunction). He saved the day. I truly can’t say enough good things about Robert Johnson Plumbing and his pricing is very fair. I would highly recommend and will use him again.
