It's been going great. Before our first appointment she came over for a consultation and quote. While the quote for the regular cleanings was a bit higher than my friends closer to Boston were paying, I liked how she communicated and handled herself, and decided to try going with her. I have not been disappointed! We had just done a cleaning of the house on our own about 1 week before the initial deep clean, but man, the thoroughness blew us away -- we're the original owners of the house and we'd never seen it so clean! Since then Renata has always been very clear on communicating if they are going to be late, or if there are any sort of schedule changes, and she's been flexible with when I've wanted to move my cleaning day on occasion. I love that we can do that all over text message -- I hate talking on the phone any more than I have to. She and her crew have continued to do a top-notch detailed job, going over EVERYTHING every visit. I am someone that regularly dyes my hair "fashion colors" (purple, blue) and you would not know it by looking at my bathroom -- our white tub looks white again after they have been here! I am so happy with this service, and I would recommend Renata and her crew to anyone and everyone. :)

We have been using Renata's Cleaning service for about 9 months, and we are very happy with quality of their work. I wanted a service that was not a company where someone different would be in my house bi weekly. I wanted a family I could learn to trust where the people performing the service were the same week after week. I am more than satisfied with the service, AND I am very fussy about detail [i.e. corners, chairs, sofas, living room furniture, wood door corners, louver closets, etc]. They do it all, and thoroughly My appliances are shiny, and you can't tell when you walk in after a cleaning that I have 6 cats and a bird!! No hair, or litter anywhere. The house smells fresh, there's no dust, the bedroom carpets are well vaccumm'd, and the floors are sparkling. Sometimes they leave a lovely rosette on the toilet paper rolls.....I love it! They are always prompt, and very nice. I've had house keepers before [albeit more than 15 years ago], but they could not compete. Renata's Cleaning Service is SUPER GOOD. I would highly recommend them.

Renata is very responsive to our schedules and keeps in touch with us to schedule our appointments. Generally, there are three people on the team and they spend about 2 hours to complete the general cleaning. We are very satisfied with the service. We plan another deep cleaning this spring. I have recommended her service to others at work. When compared to other family members in other areas of the country the pricing seems a bit high, but seems in line with other estimates in this area. We are very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them.

Renata and her team come every other week to clean my house, which is 6 rooms on 2 floors. They are very thorough, professional, and exacting. We have multiple cats, so there's always lots of hair on floors, rugs, and furniture, as well as tracked litter, the morning before Renata & team come. When they're finished, floors, rugs, furniture, walls, shelves, knicknacks are all absolutely clean. Renata and her team have been very responsive to our various peculiar needs: 1. I am allergic to fragrance of any kind, including in cleaning products, and Renata has worked with me to make sure the house is sparkling clean with no fragrance left behind. 2. Until recently, we had a cat who needed to have a room barricaded with a baby gate to protect her from being picked on by the other animals, and Renata & team were careful about that. 3. We've also had cats who were likely to dash onto the porch or into the cellar, and could easily end up locked on the porch or in the cellar for the day. We haven't had any cats trapped in either place since Renata has been cleaning our house. In fact, we haven't had any mishaps at all since Renata and team have been cleaning here: no storm doors left open, no floors left wet underneath a doormat, no knicknacks misplaced, no appliance knobs missing, not a single one of those mystery circumstances that have sometimes happened with other cleaning services. I really like knowing that it's Renata and Veturia and their other team member every time. Renata & team are very reliable. I have never had a better cleaning service.

I was impressed by this company's great reviews. I scheduled an estimate in a day and time convenient for me since I have a busy schedule. Renata was very punctual and as we walked thru the house, she pointed out the areas that needed special attention and what she would do for my home. I was impressed by her attention to detail. My house is close to 2500 sq/ft and needed a good deep cleaning. My husband and I were happy to schedule the first cleaning. On the cleaning day, Renata and her partner Victoria arrived at the time scheduled and started cleaning right away. They only stopped for 15 minutes for lunch time. After 5 and 1/2 hours the entire house smelled like flowers and looked like those homes featured in magazines. We're very happy and will be using this company for our biweekly cleanings.

A++ for Renata's Cleaning Service. The pre-cleaning consultation was efficient and pricing was determined at the start. The cleaning job was fantastic (for reference, this is the 4th cleaner I have tried and no other company cleaned as well as they did). We are moving forward with routine cleanings...I am thrilled!

First, she quoted me one price and then began charging me another price. Second: in the four months she cleaned for me, only twice did she arrive on the agreed upon day and time. Every other instance she would text me and tell me that she needed to change the day or the time. Usually last minute. She is undependable and unreliable when she gives you a date and time that she will be there to clean. I constantly had to rearrange my sleep schedule (as I work nights) to accommodate her multiple changes. She became angry when I asked her for a consistent day and time for the cleanings. She told me "you are one difficult client" because I wanted someone dependable. Initially, I had recommended her services to others because she does a nice job of cleaning. However, her constant changing of appointment days and times is very disruptive to anyone that needs a consistent schedule. She is unable to realize that these constant changes may be inconvenient to her clients. So, as a result, I must take back any good reviews I had previously provided for Renata's Cleaning Service. A good cleaning company should also have good customer service skills and be dependable in the work that they do.

Renata and her crew of two showed up exactly when she said they would. She brought all her own cleaning materials and vacuum. She said that they would be about two hours. We were gone for about three and a half hours and when we got home, my house looked and smelled immaculate. They attended to every detail, including sweeping my front porch, vacuuming my welcome mats and even made a rose out of the end of the toilet paper. I already have my next two cleanings reserved. This crew is very professional and thorough, and I would recommend them highly.

I had hired Renata's Cleaning Services after searching for a good cleaning service for awhile. She responded to my email right away and came out for a estimate within days. I was impressed with her professionalism and responsiveness. She scheduled me right away for a cleaning and was on time when she came. The house is spotless and smells wonderful! I am very happy with her services. I will continue to have her come to the house every other week for a cleaning.

Renata is very professional over the phone and in person. They were able to fit me into their schedule only two days after I called. The place was absolutely immaculate when they were done. It was cleaner than when I moved in. I was so impressed I recommended them to my landlord for any future needs. I will definitely use Renata's Cleaning Service for any future cleaning needs.

We hired Renata's Cleaning Services for a deep cleaning of our home prior to an annual party we were hosting. One guest has allergies and I am always worried about dust and dog dander, getting myself completely stressed between cooking and cleaning. This year, I decided to take a different approach. Renata and her crew arrived promptly and I left to run errands. On my return 3 hours later, this house looks amazing! The attention to detail is unmatched. Not one item overlooked. Nick knacks, picture frames, baseboards and windows/sills, doors, toilet paper and towel holders, light switches, cupboards, all the bottles in our bar .... everything gleamed. The bamboo floors are like new! Even the 25 year old, threadbare carpet in one bedroom looked clean! My husband is very particular about his "man-cave" and only trusts himself to clean it. Initially he was a little stressed when I told him that room had been cleaned also but, on his extremely scrutinizing inspection, he was thrilled and amazed! The next morning as we completed other party preparations he said over and over... "I'm so glad they cleaned the theater room, I'd have never had time to do [this and that] if I'd had to take care of it myself"! And as for me... All I had to do was cook.. This was the most stress-free party I have ever thrown! Thanks to Renata and her crew, my only worry was whether or not I could pull off a perfect Mint Julep (..and I did... :) ) Renata's Cleaning far exceeded my expectations. Hands down the best money I have ever spent!

Renata and Victoria did a great job cleaning our house. They were about 10 minutes late, but stayed and cleaned extra so that we didn't miss out on any time. They cleaned exactly what was asked and even had time to clean more since there was time left. We are planning on scheduling them to clean our house again at regular intervals.

Renata and Victoria do a great job! They are on time, friendly, professional and thorough. They bring their own supplies and equipment, but will use yours if you prefer it. Best of all, they don't waste time and are in and out in an efficient manner - and the house smells wonderful when they're done. I highly recommend them and understand why their references were so glowing!

I was very, very happy with the experience of having Renata and her mother clean this big, old house! She arrived promptly and after I showed her around the house they got right to work while I went shopping! They brought their own equipment and supplies and were professional is every sense of the word. Every surface was cleaned and sparkling when they left. It was a wonderful experience to come home and smell and see the clean! Renata also wrote a not for me for future cleanings. I look forward to having this company clean my house again!
