It went seamlessly, they did what they needed to do. Its been great.

Its a good concept, their pricing is kind of a nightmare. Never get a same answer twice of how much it's going to be, it's distracting because of the way they do their billing. The overall service was very good, I can't say I'd recommend them because of the terror you live not knowing what it's going to cost you. I had so much grief with them over the billing. I was so happy with the service, with dealing with it myself, I'd have to give them a B just because if they hadn't messed me up so much on the billing I would've given them an A but I'll notch it down for the billing nightmare. I was fine with the quality, I mean its a pod, you rent it, they move it. The pod was fine. Punctuality, they were fine. The guys driving the truck, I'd give them an A for professionalism. The guys answering the phone, not so much. I'd used them again only because of the price. Overall price I had a $5000 cutoff, anything more than that I would have a hidgy fit. I was quoted like $4000 and it came out to $4999 and they charged my credit card like a drunken sailor the whole time they had it and kept putting it back on my card. They charge you a little bit every time they do something. They deliver you a pod and that costs certain amount of money. You fill up the pod and they come and take it away and store it in warehouse and that costs a certain amount money. Then they deliver the pod to where you're going and that costs some money and then they take the pod back after you empty it out and that costs some money. That's all fine if they were upfront about how much that's all going to costs but you never know what its going to costs and they change every time you call. If you make a change like we did, we said first we wanted a 8 foot pod as a our second pod but then we changed it to 16 one when we saw weren't going to fit it. I rented two pods for two months and had them delivered to Florida on the same day and I'll bet you my bill was 10 pages long of line items of things they gave me for. Afterwards they put a bunch back its like you're in limbo, you never know. What did they charge me, they charged me 47 times and I don't know what went to what and it's like first time you're done, you're spread out over several months. You're going back through your credit card statements trying to total out, what did they charge me here because they don't give you a bill that gives you a total, they give you a bill that gives you line items. You're literally on hold for an hour for trying to talk to them about it. Seriously the pod service itself, had they just given me a flat out number going in and charged me that number, I would have given them 5 stars across the board. Probably yes, I'd use them again.

We used PODS of Nashua during a 1st floor renovation. They delivered the POD to our driveway when we wanted it, and picked it up for storage also when we needed it taken. We had our furniture and "valuables" in storage from June through Dec. Delivery in early January was flawless. Each driver was very nice and personable. You really should see the delivery system. It is awe inspiring, the mechanics of how they do it. A neighbor came over to watch ! Oh, and I did the packing, and now the unpacking, and with the transporting of the POD, no breakage and all is in great shape. I just have the classic, "why did I keep this?". But would certainly use them again.
