Sam and his crew did a great job on the yard. Sam came within a day of my initial request to do a site inspection and provided me with a quote very quickly. He was very thorough with his assessment and noticed things that I had even seen (but truly needed to be done!). He was also willing to scale back the project to work with my budget, although I decided to go with the full job ultimately. Because he couldn't get to the project for a few weeks, he came by to do a complimentary mowing so it would look decent in the meantime. In the end, the yard never looked so good!

The owner of this company arrived at my home 15 min after I hit the submit button. He is local of course and saw my reason for using "servicemagic" was dissatisfaction with current vendor who I had fired. So he knew it was OK to come by in person and be the first one to make and seal the deal. And that he did. That is part one. Part two of course is performance. Northshire is timely as promised and negotiated a fair price with us for services we needed. I do not hand out 5's in general because I believe everyone has room for improvement but in Sam's case (owner) he could not have done better in any area. Thank you servicemagic!

NorthShire Landscaping came by to give us an estimate for a small job that included re-building a granite stepway from our driveway to the front yard. The price quoted was a fair price. They showed up on time for the job, were very professional, worked hard to see that the job was done according to our specifications, did a tremendous job of cleaning up the area afterwards, and were courteous throughout the day as we checked on their progress. We would definitely hire them again! We would highly recommend them to our friends.
