Description of Work: My Thinkpad T420 laptop refused to reboot. Bill was able to fix the problem within 24 hours. He fixed the problem I asked him to fix, without offering other products or services, which I appreciated. A complete professional.

Description of Work: I had some problems with my computer and needed more memory. I had put this off for some time because I didn't know what my options were for this type of Service. When I joined Angie's List, I finally had options. I saw the ad and ratings for Nashua Computer Support and I purchased the coupon he offered on line. My computer was cleaned, defragged, repaired, and more memory added for a total of $119 (including the cost of the coupon). This was definite value for money spent and the repair was done in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: So this one is tough because our request for routine maintenance turned into losing our pc for a week and having to have everything removed and then reloaded. That said, the representative could not have been better to work with throughout the whole experience and I can't say whether this wouldn't have happened regardless of who we used. Good guy who takes ownership of his role / responsibility and the type of person you want to work with.

Description of Work: Purchased "Big Deal" for computer system and machine review-in store or on-line. Did this on an on-line basis at a time convenient for both of us. Worked out very well-he did a great job-also checked security ,and addedan up to date program.Very pleased with it.

Description of Work: Because I had changed my service provider I was unable to send e-mail, although I could receive e-mail. The technician arrived on time and was able to fix it so that I could retain my e-mail address, but use the new service provider. He also fixed other problems of which I had been unaware.
