He is really great. We use him all the time. Whenever we have a problem, we call him up and he tells what to do. He fixes the problem. We use him whenever we get stuck with our computer because he is really good at coming for house calls. He deals with smaller offices and individuals. He is very good at taking care of the issue either on the phone or through email or by coming down to see what is needed. He will get back to you the same day. He is often plugged in and wired and so you can get a response from him within 24 hours for sure. His price depends if he makes a house call and his hourly rate is about $60. He does computer support. He will come and fix your computer. He has a number of different ways to help you. If he needs to come to you, he will but sometimes he will just talk you through it. I have referred him all the time to friends and family. His price is very fair. If he can't solve your problem, he won’t bill you.

Bill Broyles did a great job for me. After great effort on his part in fixing what turned out to be a terminally failed laptop, he made the wise recommendation that I purchase a new, low cost, machine. He then set-up the new laptop and transferred all the data/files/system settings from the broken machine, all without extra charge. His turn around time is quick and service is very good. Even though the suggestion to buy a new machine may not be what you want to hear from a repair person, Bill's advice was absolutely correct, and saved me a lot of money.

It went great with Bill. I called him and took my computer to him the next day. He actually tried to help me check out everything that I might have done wrong before I brought it to him. He explained a few things when I dropped it off and called me the next day and it was fixed. Like I suspected, the power supply bit the dust and he put in a new one. He was great...very personable, expert, quick and fair priced. I'll use him nex time and have already referred someone to him.

I have a 5 or 6 year old computer. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He did not find any major viruses or anything like that. I felt comfortable leaving him alone in the room to do what he needed to do. What he did worked because my computer is running better. I would use him again in the future if need be.

He was extremely responsible, prompt and did things earlier than he said he would. He was just great and we couldn’t ask for better service.

Bill's service was professional and pleasant. The presence of the rootkit made the job more challenging than either of us expected but he stuck with it and did the job well!

I rec'd a BigDeal coupon through Angie's List for a computer tune-up. Bill Broyles was refreshingly available, responsive, and punctual. He was able to remove unused programs from my computer and install more RAM so that my computer runs faster. It is still operating well after 8 years! Bill did a good job of communicating and following up on the job. He made a second trip to install extra RAM.

They worked fine and I was happy with it. They were very prompt and quick around.

Bill arrived on time, listened to situation with laptop, explained options, and then performed the work, explaining what he was doing and making additional recommendations for things I can do in the future. Very pleasant, and the laptop is working well now.

He was congenial, understanding, had a very nice manner about him, and when we sat down I was amazed at how good he was about catching things I had been having problems with. The two hours for the Big Deal I purchased was over quickly but he stayed quite a bit longer as we talked, and he didn't charge me for it despite my offering to pay him for the extra time. He did some important research about what my computer vendor was telling me, and he was right and they were wrong. Again, for this he did not charging me for it as well.

Bill is that rare breed of computer repairman: He is very knowledgeable, very eager to help, and talks a lot. The part "talks a lot" is very important because I learned a lot from him on how to maintain and fix my computer. When I bought his service through Angie's List Big Deal, he initiated the contact by calling me. This is very impressive. It shows that he cares about helping you. We set up an appt for me to bring my laptop to his home. However, before I could do that, WIndows 7 failed on me and I couldn't get my computer to run. I called him, and he told me how to restore Windows to a previous state. I did that and it worked. Again, he was very helpful and instructive. Two days before my appt, he called me and said that he had to reschedule because of another customer's emergency. So we rescheduled. I didn't mind since I was able to use my laptop (but it was still very slow). On the day of the appt, I brought my computer to his house. He spent 1/2 hour going through it and told me what was wrong. I learned a lot from him. I then left and he spent the next few hours fixing the computer. I picked it up at the promised time and it was all ready to go. My laptop is running a lot better now, thanks to him. He also recommended that I purchased Acronis for full image hard drive back up. I did, but am having some problems with the software. I called Acronis and it seems to be OK now. Overall, I was very pleased with Bill. I had better experience with him than any other computer repair services. He not only fixed my laptop but also showed me how to keep it running smoothly.

Would defintely use again. I recommend this provider.

It could not have gone better.... I followed Bill's recommendations for the size and specifications on the replacement drive I needed; he handled the actual content migration and drive installation. I work out of my house and have 4 networked computers that are used heavily. Nashua Computer Support looks after all our IT related issues, taking care of what we need either via remote access or by coming on site depending on what our situation requires. NCS is competent and responsive... what more could we ask for?

Bill Broyles contacted me promptly after I emailed him about the computer issue I was having. He tried to give me instructions on how to fix the issue myself for no charge. I tried his advice but it didn?t work. He asked me for more information and tried a second time to solve my issue without charging me. Unfortunately once again I didn?t have any luck. Bill offered to come by house to assist me with the issue. Due to my odd work hours I asked if I could drop my computer at his office so he could work on it. He said that was fine. I dropped my computer off Thursday and it was ready the next day. He went above and beyond my expectations with the work he did on my computer. Not only did he save my computer from a Trojan, but he also corrected an issue I had on my toolbar, installed a program that would give him access to my computer if I should have any future issues, and provided system upgrades. His pricing was more than fair. He charged me for two hours of service and provided me with the system upgrades for no charge. After I brought my computer home I was having trouble with my wireless connection. I emailed Bill the issue and what I had done to try to fix the error. He set up a time for us to talk over the phone. During our meeting he gave me instructions of how to allow him access to my computer. He took over my computer, troubleshooted, and fixed the issue. He once again helped me with this issue for no charge. My computer is now faster, not to mention saved from being destroyed by a Trojan. If I ever have computer troubles in the future I would trust Bill Broyles to do all he could do to help me with the issue and I highly recommend him to others.

Our system had completely crashed and Verizon wasn't helpful at all. Bill responded to our call within the hour, was personable and friendly, seemed knowledgeable and very experienced. He arrived later that afternoon and got us up and running within a couple of hours. He made recommendations for updates and installed them. The best thing is that our computers are working better than they were when they crashed! Very happy, would recommend him to anyone. The best part is that he speaks english, not computerese!

Well needless to say I was overjoyed with the customer service and the result of the work that was accompilished. The repair was done as stated, in the time frame stated, and the price as stated. Bill is a joy to work with. He is very precise as to what will be done and how it will be accomplished. I was so pleased with his work I had him clean up an old laptop that I wanted to use just for design software. Again it was done just as he stated.

He was right on time. He fixed everything that I needed him to do and them some. I use him everytime I have a computer issue. I call him with questions, very helpful. If he can't help over the phone we set up an appoitment. He has been a lifesafer.

After trying three nights in a row working with Comcast, I called Bill Broyles. He came to my house, called Comcast and they told him I had a problem with my computer and hard drive. Bill took my computer to his house and was able to get on line right away. While Bill was at my house he tried to get on line with his lap top with no results. After my phone cord was replaced, I was able to get on line. Bill came to my rescue quickly, knows what he is talking about and how to fix computers. He is indeed the man you want to know when you are having problems with your computer. I will always call him when there is a problem. I could not be happier with the results when I need to call on him. He is punctual, professional and one great man.
