I was l looking to have my garage door opener Fixed, not replaced, That is what I ended up with.

Even though the weather was sleet and very icy conditions, the contractor called to say he would be a little due to the weather conditions. He arrived a little late as was expected, but did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

Received phone call from Mark Roth within 30 minutes of listing with HomeAdvisor. I explained the problem . He said he had just finished a job in the area and could be here in half an hour. He came on time,, was very friendly, did not try to upsell me anything. I had a broken spring on one of my overhead doors. I asked him if I should replace both springs - he said if I wanted to, but it was not necessary. I was really expecting him to try and sell me new rollers and to do the second door, too while he was there. No pressure - he said the less-used door hardware looked fine, lubricated all the hinges and rollers and charged me much less than I was expecting. I liked that he responded so fast. Before working through HomeAdvisor, I called 2 of the **Big Guys** in the garage door repair business and got put into their voice mail. I like giving my business to small , local operators who appreciate the business when possible. Will recommend him to neighbors.
