I put in my request on Home Advisor on a Sunday around noon and Mark called me up the same day at 2:00 PM! He came in the same day and gave me an estimate. He was hired and returned to work the next day. Mark was great - cheerful, friendly, explained exactly what needed to be done, arrived on time, ensured the issues were well addressed/fixed and completed in the work within the anticipated time. I guess there is nothing more a customer can ask for :)
