Mark showed up exactly when he said he would. He analyzed the situation and gave me an estimate which I felt was very fair. He did an excellent job, my garage door has not run this smooth in years. When he finished he told me to write the check for $20 less than the estimate because he did not need to replace the spring ias he thought. I would definitely use Mark again and highly recommend him

Mark Roth came the same day of my request and repaired it immediately. It was so comforting to know that I wouldn't have to spend any time worrying about lifting the garage door manually. I plan on calling Mark again to install my other garage door opener.
