One of the A/C units had a leak that was causing it not to function properly. He provided us with different options and pricing and we agreed on an option to get it functoning again. The system was working very well after the work was completed.

He did an excellent job. He was very thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. The toilet that he replaced works great. I would definitely call him again.

It went smoothly. He came very shortly after I called and put in a disposal. He didn't have a great deal of selection, and I was curious that he did not have the usual instruction book or warranty papers for the one he brought, which was somewhat more expensive than I'd anticipated. When I asked, he said he'd try to find the instructions and eventually mailed me an old, much used one, that I'm not sure was for my model. But overall he did a good and prompt, though somewhat costly, job at what I hired him to do.

He is very communicative, he continues to impress me with his follow up skills. He is very timely. He does good work and a lot of follow up. He even was willing to install a new kind of boiler for me, which sets him apart from others. He has also been monitoring the amount of gas used for me over the last few years. It really has been fun and easy working with him.
