Tom and his team did a magnificent job on two projects for us. First was the kitchen remodel which included knocking down a walk, flooring and painting if the whole first floor. In addition, they designed the decorative molding on the walls in the dining room, put in a new front door and french doors, and painted our stair railings. It is a whole new house. We thought we couldn't be happier, but then Tom and crew came back and turned a decrepit 3 season porch into the most beautiful screened in porch. Tom does a great job providing suggestions and communicating the timeline. If things change, which they always will no matter how best you plan, he made sure to communicate the changes quickly. Alex, the carpenter, is amazing and meticulous. Perry did an amazing job painting. We will continue to hire Tom and his team as projects arise. Thank you for helping to turn our house into our perfect home.

We hired Tom for a kitchen & half-bath remodel in 2019. As with all remodeling projects, especially a kitchen remodel that disrupts your life, Tom was wonderful at communicating and kept the project on time and on budget. Tom stands behind his work and quickly remediated any issues (which are always inevitable with these projects) and we can absolutely say that we are still 100% satisfied a year later. We completely trusted Tom to make our kitchen remodel dream come true and would hire him again should another project come up!

We hired KATS Construction for a Kitchen dining room remodel with removal of walls. Tom referred us to a very reputable cabinetry company who did an awesome job as well. The contractors were very professional, courteous and prompt. Tom was always in communication as to schedules of his crew, and available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He took care of any permits and approvals that were needed. Due to personal emergency we needed to stay home through the construction since day 1. Tom and his crew all went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to stay in the house. We are very pleased with the outcome. It feels like a brand new home. We recently had a very large bathroom remodel done by Tom and the team from Kats Construction. The quality of work done by the team was excellent, and Tom kept in frequent communication via calls and texts throughout the project. The cost was very reasonable, and Tom worked with us through several changes in plan that occurred throughout the project. This was a fairly complicated job with a lot of custom work, and Tom continuously worked to make sure every detail was taken care of exactly how we wanted, and to keep us at ease throughout the project. Itâ s hard to find people who take the time to get the job done right and take pride in their work, but Tom and his team are definitely those types. I highly recommend Kats Construction for this type of job.

They completely remodeled our kitchen, bathroom and refinished all hardwood flooring. Painted entire house with all new trim work. Upgraded our electrical panel service. Excellent quality and on schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a professional remodeling company.

They are almost complete on our first bathroom, and I have hired them to complete our second bath----very efficient--excellent communicators especially Mr Katsiaficas----I know exactly where I stand day to day---hour to hour. A dedicated staff--will work late to finish that day's objective. They clean up after each day's work---Couldn't ask for more.

Great people to work with. Tom has the best professionals for the jobs done. My master bathroom is done beautifully. I also had my deck done by them. I now have the best looking deck in my neighborhood thanks to Tom and his wonderful crew. I will be hiring them again in the future.
