Description of Work: Joyce Cooling & Heating removed two furnaces and an A/C compressor and replaced them with a single zoned furnace and a heat pump. Additionally, they added a third zone for a basement family room. A week was allotted to perform this job. As the week proceeded additional workers were added to meet the schedule. I was very pleased with the entire experience. About a month after installation the blower unit died one hot and muggy afternoon. A technician from Joyce arrived that evening and replaced the defective unit.

Description of Work: Joyce installed a complete, 3-zone heating and AC system. For no additional cost, they corrected a badly installed duct for a "cold spot" room. They arrived on time, and finished a half day early (it would have been a full day early had it not been for a problem installing a thermostat in one of the zones). They cleaned up after themselves, and responded promptly (within 3 hours) to a small issue I had with the system a month after installation. Overall, a great experience (I am a new first-time homeowner)!

Description of Work: They were able to fix my a/c and did a fine job. The only problem was they didn't show up on the day I had scheduled with them. Not sure why that happened but they did come on another day right on time and fixed it.

Description of Work: Installed the Mitsubishi mini-split I bought from them. They showed up at exactly the time agreed upon, did the work quickly and professionally. And a plus - the technician went out of the way to explain the theory behind the operation of the heat pump feature as well as the basics of operation.

Description of Work: Joyce installed a Mitsubishi mini split AC system in our cape and a Burnham Alpine high efficiency gas boiler. The installation was very professional as were the installers. Work started and finished as scheduled. We would definitely use them again.
