The work they did was fantastic. They came at 9 o’clock in the morning and they stayed until 7 o’clock in the evening until the job was complete. They came on schedule. They had a wrong part and they came back within two days with a part that did not fit right and they came back with the right part to replace the part within two days to fix it. Price wise they were right around what we figured out it should cost. Without a doubt I would recommend them. They were punctual, they were polite, they did everything they said and I think they are a good company.

.Simple furnace service to try out a new heating and cooling contractor. My wife was at home alone to meet the service guy and to my relief, she had nothing but good things to say. He was polite, professional, and quick. We will definitely use Joyce again.

The experience was smooth from beginning to completion. The person answering the phone was pleasant with a willing to help additude. Although it was a small job, they scheduled me immediately for the next day and arrived on time and completed the job in about a half hour. The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

The service was excellent. Even when a major snow caused a power outage. Once my power was restored they still came out and install my furnace. .

We built our home in 1978 with forced hot water heat, meaning trying to install a/c after the fact would be a challenge since we didn't have ductwork. One option was the Mitsubishi Mr. Slim unit that has a condenser outside the house and some number of units inside the house. We went with two condenser units and four heads which pretty much cools our entire four bedroom/living room/kitchen home. We are very pleased with the performance of the a/c units, and dealing with Joyce was, as their name implies, a joy! They were very personable and professional. The sales person was extremely responsive with any questions we had, even after the fact. Their installation crew was great, arrived on time and did the job faster than they anticipated, but maintained quality in the installation. They patiently showed us how the system works and did a follow-up to make sure we were happy with everything. We would call them to do work for us again in a heartbeat! Now we can't wait to see how the heat pump portion of the a/c's works when the cold weather hits. Highly recommended!

They were great. Very responsive to my problem. Customer service is great from the time they took the call to the actual repair. I was very pleased, I thought that I might have to have the compressor replaced, but it was only the capacitor. I thought the price of the part and the service call rate was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for my heating and air conditioning systems. - Pam

I had a very good experience with them. They were honest with me. The company that we used previously had told us that we needed a new furnace but the guy who came out from Joyce said that we did not need a new furnace and we only had to replace the control board since the signal from the thermostat was not reaching the furnace. We were pretty happy with them.

They were better than the other guys we used and their pricing was better. We are going to use them again.

I cancelled a previous order with Sears because even after eight days without a furnace they could not provide an installation date. I called Joyce Cooling and Heating after reviewing Angies List reviews. They immediately gave me an install date for the next Monday. They arrived as promised and did an excellent job of installing the boiler and greatly improving the plumbing. Poor guys had to work really hard to get the old boiler out of the basement, but they did so cheerfully. New boiler works much better than the old one. It runs for shorter and less frequent burn cycles but keeps the house temperature very steady. I am anticipating significantly less fuel usage. The boiler provided is a Weil-McClain and a big selling point is that replacement parts are readily available right here in my home town. I have since learned from my electrician, brother in-law that Weil-McClain boilers have an excellent reputation for durability and quality. I have heard very doubtful reports about the Sears boiler I almost bought. I am very happy I changed vendors and am glad I now have a vendor upon whom I can rely for efficient service. Over-all it has been an excellent experience and Joyce Cooling and Heating did btw call a day or so after the install to make sure I had a good experience. I highly recommend them!

Came back home late to a very cold house on 10 degree day. The furnace was definitely out, and it was late (around 9PM). Called my usual guy and left a message but after an hour, did not get a callback. Looked on this list and selected these guys because they were close and had a good report. Called and actually got a person!. They were super busy but were able to get somebody there around 11:30PM. The guy that came was obviously on his 16th hour, but was extremely courtesy, professional, and very upbeat despite a terrible day(must have be downing coffee). Repair took 15 minutes and he was off to his next emergency. These guys will be getting rest of my heating business.

They did good work. They were very reliable and came in quickly. Their price was very reasonable. Mr. Shawn from their office was the person who worked with me. He was young and smart. I also had them quote for the replacement of heater and air conditioner system for my entire house. I would probably go with them as their estimate was reasonable. I was surprised because I thought that individual contractors would be less expensive than them.

They did very well. I haven't had any complaints and the system has worked fine. The charge was fair as well.

Everything was excellent. Their price was better than the other companies that I had received estimates from. When they first came out and did the work, we had problems with the furnace working. This company was very responsive and came out right away. They realized something bigger had to be done so the manufactuer had to come out to fix the issue. They never charged us for any of the follow up work. They are always on time, professional, and leave the property neat and clean.

Pilot light was turned off during gas/power shut off. I called them around 4PM, but anything after 3:30 PM is considered as after hours :(. In any case, the technician was friendly, quickly inspected the system and fixed the problem, which happened to the re-igniting the pilot light.

I recently bought a house, I hired them to do the annual inspection of the furnace. The technician came over and did a great job, he was well informed and answered all of my concerns.
