We purchased two chandeliers from a subsidiary of theirs, and so we received an estimate from them for the install, as well as two outlets in other areas of the house. One of the fixtures was "dressed" by the crew, which was a time consuming process of attaching crystals to the fixture, this accounts for some of the cost of labor. The Two man crew arrived as promised at 8:15 AM and worked straight through with just a coffee break until the work was completed at 3:00 PM. They were courteous and professional with all work performed as promised. There was one additional minor charge to change the mounting box for one fixture weighing 40 lbs., as they were concerned about the existing box supporting the weight. This was not an issue for us, as rather safe than sorry. They also cleaned up after the work was completed.

Electrician arrived punctually and 1) repaired broken overhead light on second floor, then 2) spent 10 minutes tracing wires to see why outdoor pole lamp and garage door lantern were not working. He discovered the reason and fixed it in under 5 minutes. The repairman was courteous, pleasant and wasted no time. The dog even liked him.
Description of Work: Repaired overhead ceiling fixture and fixed broken outdoor pole lamp and lantern above garage doors.

The extremely capable and well-mannered electrician removed a broken overhead light and replaced it with another one we had ordered. This took about half an hour. Then I asked him to look at a pole lamp outside that was leaning badly. After inspecting it, he removed the outside glass cage from the light and straightened out the badly bent metal shelf on which the cage had been sitting. It required quite a bit of strength on his part and while not really 'electrical' work or in his field of expertise, he fixed it for me. In all he was at our house for about 40 minutes, and given the 15 miles drive from his headquarters, I thought the price quite fair. I was delighted with the overall experience and would highly recommend this company.
