Hilary and Rob were outstanding! I priced this project on HomeAdvisor and H&R Construction blew away the competition on a quote. Hilary came to my house, met with me, brought samples and answered all my questions. She emailed me a detailed written quote within 24 hours and was very honest about possible add-ons if they were needed for structural safety. In the end, the cost of the deck was exactly what she quoted me to the penny. I actually asked to upgrade a couple of items towards the end of the project, including switching to solar caps and Hilary was very accommodating and priced them in very reasonably. She was able to return the original caps and just charge me for the difference. When I was having an issue with a few solar caps working, she came back and swapped them out, then followed up with me to ensure they were working. Hilary was very responsive throughout the project and answered my text messages promptly. Rob really knows his stuff and was very knowledgeable. Both were very pleasant, and their crew was also very friendly. The deck looks fantastic, and I've received many compliments from family, friends, and neighbors.

The finished product looks great. They were very communicative, always keeping us updated on status or schedule changes due to this summer's rainy weather.

Hillary & Rob have been a pleasure to work with. Initial project started with replacing old deck with a composite deck. It looks amazing and ata great price. I have since had them begin remodeling my Kitchen and am equally pleased. Reasonable rates and good , honest people.

Obviously working with Rob and Hilary and their "crew" is great! After the front porch we hired them for a back one as well and another small project. They are honest, fair and a pleasure work with. They are number 1 on our list to use or contact for project advice.

Hired Rob and Hilary to do a full main floor bathroom gut and remodel. End result looks amazing. Some bumps along the way but with a project this size, to be expected. Hope to do more business soon.

Rob is an expert with doors. We had an out of alignment front door, and I thought that I had to replace it, but Rob recommended to have it adjusted and aligned. He did a fantastic job. The reason that I am giving 4 stars instead of five is that I noticed a small chip of the exterior Hardie trim of the garage back door after the job has completed. Rob did not provide advice of how to address the problem.

Rob informed us when he estimated to complete the job, cleaned up after themselves-had 2 workers do some of the work. Pleased how our deck looked like "brand new." thank you, The Walter's, Londonderry, NH

Hillary & Rob are honest people, got the job done as promised, were available to communicate when needed, helped resolve hiccups when they occurred, did a quality job, did not try to change terms/price/etc. Overall, a good experience.
