The packers were very courteous and professional. The team came in, assessed the work, and quickly packed the items in the house. The next day they came in and quickly moved the items into the truck. I was very happy with the estimator, the crew that packed, and the crew that moved my items. I was NOT happy about the accounting of time. I HIGHLY recommend having the crew sign in with date and time, have them record the transit time, record the time they leave for lunch, and record the time they ended. They charged me 3.0 hours more than they should have and I had to fight for a partial payment. I was called a liar many times. They finally returned some of my money, but for the premium they charge, they should NOT have this time accounting issue nor treat their clients like this.

These guys are the absolute best. Quoting process was very professional - estimator came out, was on time for appointment, walked through property. Gave us a "worst case" estimate and shared ways we could save money. We decided to pack ourselves but use their boxes. They delivered boxes and packing materials for free. They gave us the option to use gently used boxes and save 25%. Packing materials were great quality. I had some from Home Depot, and ended up not using any from home depot because the quality of the Gentle Giant items was so much higher. The movers said they'd arrive at 7:30 on pack day. They literally pulled in the driveway at 7:30. 6 men to pack and 3 trucks. They were fast, very professional, and handled our stuff with care. We were blown away when they finished the entire pack in 4 hours, which was faster than the estimate. On unpack day, We asked for a 1 pm start, but got into the house early. I called them at 11 and asked if they could come early - they pulled in the driveway at 11:30. It was rainy on that day, so they took extra care to protect the carpets and lay blankets down to ensure that nothing in the house was soiled. After the move, only 1 item had slight damage. The damage was brought to my attention by the team lead. He explained exactly what happened and we agreed on an appropriate credit on the spot. After we unpacked, they came back and took the empty boxes away at no charge. I can't recommend them highly enough. Good men, very professional.
