+ -1 moreWE CALLED THEM 4 DAYS LATER, WERE GIVEN A RUN AROUND AND TOLD THEY WOULD CALL US BACK. I CALLED BACK 4 TIMES OVER THE NEXT WEEK, SPEAKING WITH THE STORE MANAGER AND THE DEPARTMENT MANAGER WHO ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF US. AFTER TWO WEEKS AND NOT A SINGLE PHONE CALL FROM THEM, WE RETURNED THE SYSTEM.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT OUR DIRECT TV SYSTEM FROM BEST BUY OF NASHUA AND WERE TOLD WE WOULD RECEIVE A PHONE CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS TO SCHEDULE THE FREE INSTALLATION.
