I was quoted a price for the work to be done. Then before Bill left he presented me with a bill $150 more. I was pressured to pay the higher amount. And, NO SENIOR DISCOUNT as advertised. Job area was left a mess. and broken ceiling tiles. Very unprofessional !!! Susan H. Nashua

I needed an electrician to run a neutral wire to my bedroom light switch for Z-wave control. I contacted Gagnons. He thoroughly listened as I explained the issue. After listening he thoroughly explained to me what was involved. He explained how the neutral worked and what we be needed to complete the circuit. This was way more involved than I imagined He was willing to do the job but actually said i would save money with other solutions that did not require the neutral wire. I highly respect Gagnon for his honesty. In the end I decided to use some other method.

W. Gagnon replaced and upgraded our circuit panel. We wanted a quality copper panel. He sealed the outdoor wire system against further water damage. Our home can now except a backup generator. This man clearly knew what he was doing. He was recommended by Walley' HVAC.

Bill Gagnon was prompt, efficient, professional and affordable, would use him again, anytime!

I needed a new circuit installed and a couple of other minor repairs. Work was done efficiently. One wire was not reconnected and required them to come back which they did promptly and at no additional charge. Overall I would recommend Gagnon Electric.

Bill did everything in 3 hours whereas others have given me 1 -2 week time to come and look at it with 3-4 times more than Bill. Unbelievable but Bill is very honest and extremely experienced and I would recommend him to anyone at any time for any job. Outstanding job to the highest quality but on time within the budget. You can't get better than that

Showed up to quote the job at the scheduled time. Quoted job on the spot and provided first schedule day he could do the work. Showed up on scheduled day to do the work and completed job in one morning. Cable is working well, drops look good and we are happy with work.

I called 6 different Electricians and Bill took the call (no voicemail) and was the only one who said he could be there Monday afternoon. He told me that it was $175.00 for the base call and he found and repaired the issue in about an hour. Bill was responsive, was efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem. After having a number of small jobs done for my mom's house, I contacted Bill to do a large job for me. Namely upgrade my electrical service and get it all up to code and install a whole house surge protector. Bill came out, looked the job over and gave me an estimate within a week. When he was ready to do the work, we agreed on a date and time. He showed up ten minutes early and got right to work. Because of the location of the original box and sub panel, he had to get rather creative to install the new much larger panel and still have it up to standards. He and his son worked very diligently and in about 3 hours was close enough to being done that they could restore the power. I then received a guided tour of their work and showed me where they installed the new grounding rods and how they installed the panel. All of the materials are of top quality including a Siemens Copper bus panel (far superior to an aluminum model, although more money) and the work was neat and impeccable. They had to run a ground to the water pipe and instead of tearing up paneling to get to the pipe, they snaked the cable, thus sparing me the trouble of pulling the paneling back together. Outside the new meter is a foot higher and installed in a way that makes it look like it was always there. no open holes. They then labeled all of the circuits (something that was never previously done) and cleaned up. All I need to do now is have a frame built around the new panel and it will look like it came with the house. I strongly suggest that if you have electronic equipment (and who doesn't) to consider having a whole house surge protection installed. Last year after a storm, I lost both my electronic thermostat and the control panel to my dishwasher. replacing both far exceeded the cost of installing the device. Overall Gagnon's Electrical service is very service oriented, extremely knowledgeable and neat and really puts in the extra effort to do the job right. If I have any more work needing to be done, I wouldn't hesitate to make the call.

I had recently moved into a new house that needed a few electrical problems addressed. Bill was great to work with on scheduling time for the appointment. He and his co-worker Shawn arrived promptly at 7:15 am and installed ceiling fan, a difficult bathroom fan and 4 light fixtures with a few hours at a reasonable price. They were great… I would highly recommend Gagnon!

I wasn't there, but I got a call saying everything was done. I checked and the job was done exactly as promised. They are thorough, very honest and their prices are highly competitive. Couldn't ask for better.

We are selling my mother;s house and had an issue with some outside wiring. There is a UFI lead going from the house to the shed which wasn't sheathed in conduit going out of the house or going into the shed. I needed this done quickly as this was contingent on the sale. I called Gagnon Electrical and explained my situation. Bill said he would stop by the house the next day and take a look. He did and called me early that same day. He quoted me a price and I told him to go ahead and to the work whenever you get the chance. Well he had some free time later in the day and did the job that afternoon. THe work was very well done, with very little disturbance to the surrounding ground. All of the wiring was neat and the conduit looks like it belongs where it is. Bill is experienced, courteous and very professional with very fair pricing. If I ever need anymore work done, I'll not hesitate and I'll call Gagnon Electrical in a second.

Great service! Bill spent over 90min trying to resolve why our generator was not providing the enough power. After checking all the possible issues, finally found a physical short in the junction box. Bill was great at communicating the possible issues at every point. He was prompt and I would highly recommend his services for any electrical work that may arise in the future for myself, my friends and family.

Excellent service! Efficient, professional, reasonable price. I called this morning about a thermostat in my basement that shorted out (not my primary heat so no rush to fix). Bill came a couple hours later, ran out for the part, and had it replaced and working again in no time.

The owner, Bill was very good at communicating and went the extra mile to provide terrific service. This father-son team works very hard and delivers more than what they promise. They showed up on time and went to work right away and got the job done quickly. I appreciated their suggestions and expertise. Upon completion of the project, Bill walk me through everything they did and made sure the job was done completely and to my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier. I definitely will use them again in the future.

This job needed to be done in a hurry. It was at a condo that was being sold and a GFI box needed to be changed in advance of the closing. I called Gagnon's on a Tuesday and Bill was able to fit me in the very next day, and this for a very small job that was not going to make Bill very much money. As for the job itself, Bill showed up on time and completed the job in a short period of time. He was very professional and he couldn't have been nicer. I would highly recommend Gagnon's for any electrical work and would h appily use them again.

I called because our portable generator wouldn't work when it was plugged into our professionally installed outlet (installed by others six years ago.). We had the generator serviced to make sure the problem wasn't with the generator. Then we hooked up the generator and, by a process of elimination, figured it had to be something wrong with the wire from the outside outlet to the panel inside. I told Bill Gagnon of our suspicion when I called to make the appointment. He arrived late with an assistant. He was in a hurry from the moment he arrived and started the generator to do his diagnostics. At one point he thought he had figured it out, but then realized it still didn't work so he dropped the first of two "F Bomb." He rushed from the generator outside to the basement, back and forth, trying different things, hurrying, and very anxious to get done and move on to his next job. On at least four occasions he said, "we have to get out of here." He was annoyed and frustrated that my service call was taking him too long. The problem was the wire as suspected, and Bill repaired it. The cost was a little higher than he quoted based on the fact that he arrived late and quotes by the hour.

Contacted Gagnon's Electrical on a Saturday and they were able to come to site immediately and inspect the scope of work, and provide a reasonable quote. They were able to work within my schedule and returned on Tuesday to complete the work. Quick, fast, and courteous. I would use again.

Bill was awesome. He came in the very next day and fixed everything. He was so trustful that I was not even at home when he worked.

I needed electricity run to a new shed and finally found a reliable electrician! From beginning to end I was very comfortable. I never left a message because the phone was always answered, showed up on time to provide an estimate, showed up early to complete the job. Most of all, they did a fantastic job! Very neat and clean!
