Mark asked specific questions to diagnosis the problem and determine what was important to recover, in the recovery process. He fixed my computer, backed up my data, and even called the manufacturer of my Hard Drive to assist with warrantee support. I honestly don't believe I could have found a better experience at any price. I highly recommend FullHouse Customs PC Solutions. 5 Star Customer Service!
Description of Work: PC Crashed with Blue Screen of Death. Hard Drive Crashed. I didn't know what happened. I called FullHouse Customs and Mark picked up my PC within a couple of hours, and he had the system diagnosed with a cost effective recommendation within 24 hours.

+ -1 moreWe needed some clean up work on one of our Windows laptops. Was looking for someone knowledgeable, and not overly expensive. I found both in Mark, and 'Fullhouse Customs'. Mark was able to do perform a full clean of the system, offer diagnostics, and work with us in our budget on fixes and upgrades he recommended. I've already talked to him about additional work we require, and would highly recommend him for any personal or small business looking for computer repair services.

Description of Work: Took pix off of old hard drive and saved. Synced my cell, tablet and laptop to my printer and gave me a tutorial on how to execute all. Was very patient. Fantastic job!!
