We have been in our home for 21 years and our roof needed to be replaced. I did my due diligence and received 4 quotes from HomeAdvisor recommended roofers (Asphalt shingles not metal since we will be downsizing in 2-5 years max.) A neighbor had moved in last year and had their roof done by Exteriors Unlimited, LLC. I decided to get a 5th quote. I received quotes from 5 GAF Certified roofing companies. Four of them ranged from $13,800 to $18,000 - all with very similar terms and warranties, with some variation on the cost of replacing plywood, if necessary. Several of them gave estimates of Good, Better, and Best. The difference of Best costing not very much more, and includes a netter roof ridge vent and upgraded breathable shield layer. They all included releading the chimney, replacing the second story bathroom vent, and full 8 in edge stripping. The other minor difference was the length of the labor warranty. Ironically the most expensive quote had the shortest (5 yr) labor warranty. Most were 10 years. The latest generation of GAF HDZ shingles has a 50 yr warranty and a 130 mph wind rating. (compared with 20-25 yr with asphalt shingles 15-20 yrs ago.) By far Exteriors Unlimited came in at $11,100 with the same terms. In addition, the work was professional, Chad was great to work with, and our 2400 sq ft home was done in one day (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM). When done, clean-up was exceptional. I think our Eagle-Eye 12 yr old grandson found only 1 nail and no other rubbish. Very Highly Recommend!

Everything was smooth... from booking a consultation to payment to completion. Chad was prompt with emails and thorough when it came to providing us with all the information we needed to make an education decision. They were able to get our roof done within one week of signing papers and his team did a great job with cleaning up the debris every night. It only took about a day to complete, which was a lot faster than we expected. I also like that they have many financial options available depending on your situation.

I was referred to Chad in late 2017 after having my gutters replaced. My roof was in poor shape and I had water leaking onto my porch and upstairs bathroom whenever we experienced heavy rain. Despite being "renovated" in 2013 before I bought the house, the roof was missing a ridge vent, the flashing was falling off almost everywhere, drip edges were missing on the back of the house, and the rafters were rotting. I didn't need a new roof because it was old, I needed a new roof because of poor quality work done by the previous seller. I appreciated Chad walking me through exactly what was done wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Chad kept in touch with me periodically throughout the entire process via text messages, which was refreshing instead of having to play phone tag. The actual job was completed over the course of two days and they took great care in cleaning up all of the debris after the job was finished. Overall, I am happy with the work and am glad everything was done right this time around. I would be happy to hire Exteriors Unlimited again in the future.

Very pleased! Chad, the owner of Exteriors Unlimited LLC came over in early March just for a garage roofing job, and we go over some materials to match our house shingles, and he was able to find the exact match off a small sample that I had leftover. This is fantastic! So then I mention, I also need to get hardwood for my main living space, but not needed right away because money is tight with roof being in the process of replacing. I told him I will need half a year break in between each big project. He laugh, and said no problem I can have you finance it all at zero percent interest for sixty months equal payments, plus five months of no payments, equal to sixty-five months finance. I think to myself, this the most craziest thing I ever heard for a home repair loans, and assuming there's must be a hiding cost some where. I proceed with the application and read every single line from the finance institution, no catch at all! I was mind blown with the prices. He still quoted me less than all my other contractors that came through my door for the same jobs. So finance application was super easy, name,address,ssn, the general stuff. decision within minutes, I'm super happy with the financial approval and execute with our contract in early March, had the roof done a few days from the executed, to selected floor materials by end of the same week, and rip up old floor and delivery new floor within 4 days from selection. They completed my job within three weeks from our initial contracted. I'm still very pleased. Thank you.

Went very well. Communication with Chad, the owner, was great from the get go. Wide arrray of products offered to meet our goals of getting a new roof on this house before putting this on the market. He understood the goal and didn't try to oversell us on something we were not looking for. He is very smart and understood our situational goals and was able to match up some great products to get the job done. Communication was on point from the first meeting until the safety boot came off the electrical lines. This was an excellent experience from start to finish. This is a top notch company to work with if you are trying to put a roof on your house for the next 50 years or if you need a cheap solution to a flip/resale. I would recommend this company to anyone. Solid job, great communication, punctual, and made sure the job was done right.

Top-Notch roof replacement as well as installation of new skylight. Chad and his crew took care of everything. Job was completed in one day. Chad walked through everything with me, checked in throughout the day, and personally met with me at completion to make sure everything was as I wanted. Absolutely no debris left behind. Job was very reasonably priced and Chad actually was able to get the skylight for free for me as part of the roof replacement. Highly recommend.

The crew was extremely quick, effiencent, and professional. When unforseen problems appeared the crew adapted and completed the job as quicker could be expected.
