We were fortunate to hire Jackie Smith of Dream Kitchens. She came to our house to see the kitchen and gave us a choice of designs. We picked one and away we went! She helped us pick out everything from cabinets to counter tops, lighting, flooring and fixtures. She worked closely with the contractor. We gutted the whole kitchen, moved and replaced windows and then the work began. Jackie had so many great contacts with enabled us to get better prices than we would have on our own. She was patient with us making decisions and helped us make smart choices to stay within our budget. She stopped in often during the construction and consquently was able to make some "on the spot" changes that I continue to be grateful for. Every single day when I walk into my kitchen I love it! Everyone that comes to my house loves my kitchen. I love to cook but also don't like to feel isolated in the kitchen and want to be able to chat with guests while I cook. My kitchen addresses all these issues and more. Thanks, Jackie, for a job well done!

It all started with a stain on my ceiling in the kitchen. We knew we had a problem as there is a bath tub located right above the stain. After looking online and asking some friends for recommendations, the name Dream Kitchens kept coming up?so we stopped by the showroom. Wow! When we walked through the door we where instantly impressed with the displays and were greeted by a nice young man in a very short period of time. Within minutes, I knew we where in the right place. Throughout various meetings we decided on design ideas and products, of which the selections where vast, but with the right guidance the selection process seemed easy. Once the planning was over, the project moved to our home. Every detail was covered and checked all the way down to the plumbers, electricians, tiles and towel bars. At the end of each day all the workers would leave their job site and leave us with our clean and safe home for the evening until returning the next day. This little detail of a clean job site goes a long way in my book. Now, with the project being completed for a while, we couldn't be happier. We enjoy both spaces daily, and wouldn't change a thing! I love my new bathroom that Sabrina R designed. She updated my master bathroom with great design features, beautiful granite, the make-up vanity i wanted and the Japanese toilet that my husband requested. The staff at Dream Kitchens is friendly and easy to work with every step of the way. I enjoy my bathroom so much that my showers are now too long.

I did two bathroom remodels with Dream Kitchens and had an amazing experience! They did such an excellent job with all the selections and brought all my ideas to life perfectly :)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my KITCHEN. It looks fantastic. I have this incredible glass countertop, my backsplash glows and the cabinets are just beautiful. They brag that they will double your storage and clear off your countertops- and they do it. I have triple the storage I ever had. Now when friends come over I am proud and i show everyone how easy it is to work in my kitchen. As with every remodel it is a bit messy. They have a project coordinator that was on top of everything and things went pretty smooth. They did have to come back 2 months later to put the crown in as the crown came in warped from the factory. But that is a little problem. I highly recommend them.

We contacted Dream Kitchen to make an appointment to discuss the kitchen plan we had that was created by a professional designer. We sent the plans via email in advance and made an appointment with a specific designer/salesperson. We are in the market for complete custom kitchen cabinets and professional installation. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment the designer/salesperson immediately made a comment that they don't usually use other designer's plans it's not how they work. She went on to tell us that Dream Kitchens are not the cheapest cabinets in the business. We never indicated how much we wanted to pay for cabinets, or what level of cabinets we were in the market for as far as low, medium or high grade. We are fully into this project and know that a new kitchen is going to cost us $60K at a minimum. However, she insisted on telling us how much it would cost us. She was unprofessional and didn't seem interested in working with us at all. We finally got frustrated by her attitude and constant comments that completely turned us off we told her we didn't like her attitude and would be happy to take our business elsewhere. We plan to purchase $40K in cabinets but would never use or recommend this company for anything. First impressions were horrible and it was so uncomfortable from the time we walked in the door. If you plan to use Dream Kitchen for the design work perhaps they are better to work with but wanted nothing to do with us. Sad really as one of our friends is building a new home and asked today to let me know our impression of Dream Kitchen and if we'd recommend this company. I just let them know not to bother so two customers lost for them but their attitude is that they won't seem to miss a few customers.

It went extremely smoothly, the materials and workmanship were of exceptionally high quality. I am extremely pleased and get lots of compliments!

Probably made a mistake by requesting a bid 2 yrs later on bathroom. Bid was high and requested a rebid using a different installer. Nelson said ok, and we're still waiting. I called & emailed several times, but he just walked away without any explanation. If he was professional he would have just indicated his bid was the best he could do and left it at that. Get everything in writing with every single detail!

Dream Kitchens installed a new kitchen eight years ago. Installed new bathrooms four years ago. They did everything when they said they would. The workmen were extremely talented and helpful. The architect who helped us complete a plan was hands-on and gave great suggestions when we installed the kitchen & bathrooms. The person who laid our ceramic tile floors was excellent. Here we are 8 years later and they still come to assist if a drawer needs help. Can't say enough good about Dream Kitchens! We've referred our friends to them and they love DK, too.

Really loved our designer & the final product turned out wonderfully. However, communication issues hampered what should have been a relatively pain free experience, particularly considering the price. I would consider using them again, particularly the designer. She was awesome.

Dream Kitchens did an excellent job and we'd hire them again if we ever do another custom kitchen. The project turned out beautiful and everyone that comes in raves about the look a, layout and quality.

Due to initial mistake on whether a closet that was being taken out for added cabinets and fridge had a supporting beam above . ( this could not be removed based on how it was orginally framed which was not know until after the cabinets had been ordered) Dream Kitchen redraw a portion of the original layout which allowed them to utilized the cabinets that had been ordered in a different area of the kitchen and they picked up the cost for the replacement cabinets which I am sure was at least $2-3,000 to make sure we were satisfied. End result we had a better layout and more cabinets then we were charged and they were able to get the new cabinets order and delivered with only a weeks delay from original plan

They were efficient and did what they were supposed to do. I would recommend them. I was very impressed with Paul, and I think they were very conscientious.

They did a great job. They were very prompt, neat, and they finished the job on time. When we had to go pick out the countertops and cabinets, they were very helpful.

It was really excellent. The results were in a national magazine. They company was excellent to deal with. The designer, David Arnand, was wonderful. I had very specific requirements, plus we were dealing with a historic home, so there were a lot of issues to overcome. The cabinet workmanship was fantastic. The customer service was great.

The work turned out wonderfully. I really liked working with them.

Is an absolutely fantastic experience, they brought to attention a lot of things we hadn't thought of, They found frankly a much cheaper and easier way to accomplish our goals and exceed our expectations.

Wow! Don Smith was/is our designer. He has wonderful ideas and listens to our ideas, thoughts, concerns, and budget. We completely transformed our first floor. Knocked down the wall between the kitchen and dining room; added a shower to the 1/2 bath off the kitchen, new amazing kitchen, opened up the formal living room to the kitchen and it is now the "formal dining room", removed the popcorn ceiling, covered rough textured beams in the living room, and enlarged the front entrance by cutting off the corner of a wall; oh and they put in a landing (2') for the stairs to the basement. I think that is it. :) The General Contractor was K R Remodeling. see their reviews, excellent, as well as all subs. Just amazing. and the follow up care is great. they replaced the hinges on cabinet doors to ones that prevent the doors from hitting walls or other near by fixtures. Still glowing with pride and amazement.

The service was very good overall. Their work was done better than I had anticipated; they were able to do things that I thought weren’t possible with the space I had. Their price was high, but I wanted higher quality products. Even though the work was done a long time ago, I’m still very happy with the work!

The service went very well overall. The cabinets I purchased have a 12 year warranty and they’ve repaired anything that’s needed. I would definitely use them again and I’ve had a couple of my friends use them, too.

It was a great experience and answered all of my questions. I have a wonderful kitchen and additional bath now!

They were excellent overall! We worked with the owner, Paul, and the design that he presented was superior to others we received. He had fantastic ideas; it’s a relatively small area, but he made the kitchen very efficient, which changed the whole appeal of the home.

The service was excellent overall. I live on a lake and after the remodel, my kitchen now faces out to the lake. She had great suggestions, ideas, and worked well with me. I’d recommend them!

The service was excellent overall! David Anand was the designer, and he was exceptional! Their commitment to the customer was excellent; I had very specific demands and requirements that were not the norm, since my home is historic, so there were specific things that I wanted. For example, I needed custom pillars made to match the rest of the home. The cabinetry that they had custom made for us is unbelievably beautiful. We found pieces of marble and granite from their distributor that nobody else had. I can’t say enough great things about the experience with them. They did such a spectacular job that my kitchen was featured in a national magazine!
