glass repair
+ -1 moreWe called for an estimate and they gave us a day when they would come out to look at the work required and do measurements. Never showed, never called. After calling them again, they finally came out the next day, several hours after they said they would be there. I was not impressed with the professionalism of the person who showed up. He said he would take the measurements back to the shop and call me the next day with an estimate. That was over six weeks ago; we've since found a much more professional and responsive contractor and had the work done. We originally called Chabot Glass as our contractor had used them 5 years ago to do the glass for the custom shower in our master bathroom. That work was done well. So, I know they're capable of doing quality work but their customer service is so poor that I will never know as I've found a local competitor with high quality and high customer service.
Description of Work: Called them for an estimate to repair one panel of a sliding glass door that was broken ($600). They (eventually) came to look at the work to be done and promised to call the next day with an estimate but never did.
