I didn't find this company on here but I was thrilled with the work and wanted to leave a review anyway. Steve really bailed me out with a number of issues with my duplex, starting with a serious rot issue. He was also able to replace 3 exterior doors on the building and built a substantial awning over one of the doors. He was super transparent about pricing and potential hang ups with the job (mostly related to the age of the building) and completed all of the work much faster than anticipated. He was extremely friendly, punctual, and professional. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and would happily recommend his services to any homeowner or business owner.

The siding on my dormer was rotting and cracked. Steve knew exactly what I wanted, spoke to me respectfully (which the other contractors did not), described clearly what he was going to do and did the job. It was not an easy task but he did it quickly and safely. He also helped me with my windows which were stuck closed and kept me informed all the time. I would hire again and I have some projects already lined up for him.

Over the past 3 years I've used Caron & Raymond Innovations for multiple projects ranging from a complete remodel of the outside of my house (siding, roof, windows and doors) to a new kitchen, bathroom and hallway. When I'm ready to tackle the living room I'll definitely be giving them a call. I've been dealing with Steve Raymond and have been very impressed with the results. He delivers the projects on time and on budget and exceeds all my expectations. This may sound like a simple thing but Steve shows up when he says he will be there. I've used other contractors and sometimes getting them to do the work after you award them the job is a struggle I grew tired of. Steve is very reliable, honest, and fair. What I like best about Steve is he works on my house like it is his own. He doesn't cut corners or apply Band-Aid fixes. Everything is square, plum and clean. I would and do highly recommend Caron & Raymond Innovations. They do outstanding work!

He is very meticulous and he knows his field. He tries to make sure that there is no-rework involved. He goes over thing really well with the homeowners. He works by himself and he is very reliable. His pricing is very reasonable too.
