irrigation systems
+ -1 moreAWFUL. For years they have missed appointments, not returned calls, just horrible service. This year they rescheduled 3x then never came at all - we didn't find this out until our pipes BURST! we still had to call 10x to get them back here and even after all that they didn't show up until this week and its still a mess! We know of several others that have fired this company - we should have listened sooner.
Description of Work: Was supposed to close our irrigation system for winter.

+ -1 moreI?ve used them for many years. They do a reasonable job repairing the equipment. But they are horrible in response. They don?t show up when they are scheduled. He never shows up when expected and doesn?t follow through. I recently called him to winterize my system. Didn?t show up, he would say he would show up the next, but he would never come. This has happened 5-6 times this year. He also does return his calls. I ended up having to go with another service provider to finish the job.
Description of Work: Responsible for my irrigation system.
