+ -1 moreI contacted Air Design Services because my furnace failed and I needed immediate service to install a new system. I found this company on the manufacturers website and took a chance and called them. Ingrid took my call, provided me with a quote for 3 different models of furnace, Paul visited my house to verify installation services and he took the time to explain each option and pointed out pros and cons of each. What I really liked is that he did not push an extended warranty and explained that after the manufacturers warranty had ended, they could provide service. The installation was quick, efficient and all debris was hauled away and the area was clean. Afterward Ingrid contacted me to let me know about rebates and processed the paperwork and sent it to me for final submission.
