Very well. All work done on-time and very professionally.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They did a first rate job. I'm so happy my old chimney is now lined, and won't allow any harmful fumes in my house. They also did a great job cleaning and inspecting my fireplace.

We had Admiralty chimney out to clean our pellet stove as well as the chimney. Both where done well. Both done promptly and with little fuss. The technician provided some feed back regarding the stove and the condition of the chimney. I will certainly use them again. The only thing that was not done was a full cleaning of the pellet stove. The front portion of the stove was not touched, including the fire-pot and the plates. Something I can live with given the very reasonable price, but yes it was something I expected.

Very well - efficient, explained what caused materials to accumulate in chimney, cleaned chimney cap, too, and punctual.

We were very impressed by the efficiency, thoroughness, and friendliness of the men who did the inspection, as well as by the office staff when we made the arrangements. We will certainly be using them for our future chimney/masonry needs.

Eric and his associate did an excellent job! They were on time, profession, and neat. They inspected the flu, told me what was to happen and then did a great job! This was my first time using Admiralty (my prior chimney sweep retired) but it will not be my last. Call them, you will not be disappointed.

Quote was fast and easy. They let me know about some issues with my chimney with absolutely zero pressure. I wasn't present for the install, but it was completed the day they scheduled. They left no mess behind, and its a quality install.

Inspected leaking chimney. Response , inspection and explanation of what was happening was prompt. Chimney was resealed at the roof. This job was done quickly and professionally at a reasonable cost. Would definitely hire again.

There was no need for cleaning but a full inspection including pellet stove was performed.

John and his crew are great! Their office let me know when they would be starting and how long it would take to complete the job. They started on time everyday, and cleaned up as they were working and before they left. Before leaving each day either Eric or John let us know their progress and findings to keep us updated throughout the process. They did a great job repairing/rebuilding our chimney and installing a cap. They also found several holes in our flue that they were able to repair and made recommendations for a new liner based on the damage they saw that they could not access. Everyone was very professional, courteous and hardworking. I would also like to note that of the several different contractors we've had at the house the past few weeks Admiralty was the ONLY one that showed up on time daily, was by far the most professional and friendly, and did not smoke on the property. I would highly recommend them, they are a pleasure to work with!

Fantastic! This is a new home for us and we never hand a wood stove/chimney before. Admiralty talked us through the system we have and proper use/maintenance. The did a great job on cleaning and getting us ready to use our wood stove. Very pleased with them and will definitely use them again.

It went great. They were prompt in arriving, did the work quickly and cleaned up before leaving. They even washed my skylight window. Very pleased with everything.

Eric and Mike were very professional, pleasant, and helpful, and they laid out a number of options for repairing and upgrading our chimneys (we need new caps). There was not pressure to purchase more services, but they laid out the pros and cons--and costs--of options.

The worked when they were done, and it hadn't before they did the cleaning. We're satisfied with the work that was done.

I was very impressed with John Butler - when he came to estimate the work, he gave me a detailed labor and materials charge estimate without me asking for it. When I asked for the materials and labor to be split out on estimates at other companies, they would not do so, and one highly-rated, more popular chimney company on Angie's list flatly told me that he refuses to do business with people who require such. Admiralty Chimney is the only one of the many I talked to who would do so, which speaks volumes for their integrity. They did a good job with no hiccups in a cramped area. The cost was competitive to the other companies who estimated with a lower quality stainless steel. I decided to use the high efficiency steel because I may switch to a higher efficiency boiler in the future (these have more corrosive exhaust) and wanted to have the option of venting through the chimney, if it is possible, and it was not that much more expensive. If you need chimney repair, I would highly recommend them.
