Firstly there was no charge for the visit to make the estimate. ACG is quite a big company, but Mark Gallant, the owner came himself to look at the problem. He actually tried to persuade me not to necessarily do the replacement, which I thought showed great professionalism. He briefed me thoroughly on the options. However, I wanted the old unit out, and he got me the best deal on a new one with minimum fuss and expense. The job was done by two of his service men in a morning. I was delighted with the result, and my power problems are behind me. The cost came in under his estimate, and he billed me for the amount. I would use ACG again and would recommend them to friends without hesitation.

The installation took some time, but was very effective for all the existing hard wired alarm points. He added additional wireless locations that would set the house alarm off for no reason. I had him remove the wireless features and the alarm was fine. He was very courteous, listened, and was very helpful in selecting an affordable replacement to our existing house alarm. He was extremely thorough and completed each task to completion. Though it took more time than he thought for the installation, I was not charged any more money. A supplier recommended this system to him which is what I chose base on his recommendation. I would hire him again.
