+ -1 moreWe were lucky enough to meet a neighbor who had used Dave to build another home on our street and highly recomended him to us. After meeting him ourselves we felt confident that he would do a good job at a fair price. Dave allowed us to purchase our own materials and use his sub contractors or our own if we chose to. We are building our home on a lake in New Hampshire and started the project in the fall with very cold and windy conditions, evem though the weather did not cooperate they started at 7 AM promptly and never missed a days work! When we hit a snag with the engineer Dave came up with a solution to solve the problem so the job would not be delayed. We are starting the finishing stage of our project and have every confidence that things will continue to go as smoothly as they have from the beginning.
Description of Work: Demolition of existing home and is building our new home which is 3/4 complete at this point.
