I placed my request on line within 20 minutes I got a call from lakes region they came at 8 am the next day complete explanation Out side to pull the pump and a problem existed he immediately stope explained and went to speak to another company they came with a crane pump removed lakes came directly back and completed the job excellent job great price highly recommend this company God bless

Prompt service, very pricey. My old pump was a Berkeley, known to be of high quality, which he took with him. Come to find out they can be rebuilt and sold for roughly $500... $2500 for the repair, and then he took the old pump with him, probably rebuilt it and sold for $500. However my water is working again... Next time something happens I'll talk to my neighbors... Hope he takes the kids to Disneyland...

Terry came out within an hour of my call. He was very helpful in resolving our well pump issues. When I called him back the next day, because I had run too much water, he came within 3 hours and found the real issue and repaired it. Now we have water again! Need a new well soon enough, but we're now able to get by because of his good and efficient work!! Reasonable pricing too!

Scheduled an appointment to repair my irrigation system. The lines weee ripped out when I had some trees removed. He repaired them same day and checked the system. A great price and value with excellent customer service!

Terry was great .Immediate response, appointment was set at my convenience promptly on a Sunday and arrived on time. Work was done, tested and left the area neat. Booster pump was replaced so my upstairs water pressure is great again. Will use Lakes Region Pump & Irrigation again.

Awesome to work with

I called Terry-owner of Lakes Regional Pump & Irrigation after 7pm , when the water softener that was installed earlier that day somehow killed the well water pump. Terry returned my call and came out first thing in the morning during our blizzard of the month. Terry knew exactly what to do and fixed everything within an hour or 2. The water softener company did not kill the pump it just happened happenstance. The bill was reasonable but what stands out the most is customer service. You cannot go wrong hiring this company!!!

They responded immediately, scheduled to come the same day, and showed up as promised. They got the water running and were prompt in getting a quote for additional work that may be needed.

Awesome job , came on time , fixed the problem and very professional ! Very through went through my whole water system to get it working properly and great pricing too!
