Terry came out the same day and fixed my lack of water pressure issue. I needed a new well pump installed. I was extremely grateful that he was able to restore our water in such a short time.

Terry was on time, recognized the problem right away and fixed the problem.

Terry replaced well pump with larger capacity pump and wiring in a 300' well. He replaced water tank with larger capacity and all associated plumbing, gages and valves in 4 hrs. with no leaks. Terry knew what he was doing with no wasted time and arrived on time. He and his helper cleaned up all packing trash. He tested the system before he left. He offered a discount for cash payment. I thought the cost was a little high, but we needed water and there was a snow storm arriving later that day. We have been flushing the system for over a week to get potable water and it is now usable.

Terry was very knowledgeable, and installation went well. Just one small filter seems to be installed in the opposite way (flow). No leaking or other problems. Had to move the appointment, but otherwise on time.

The installation went smoothly, however, they did not flush the new pump after installation, so the water filter got clogged and we lost the water pressure next day. It took bunch of backwashes to get the water pressure back.
