Quick response and quality work on a Saturday

I went online Saturday morning and within five minutes, he called me, They came the same day and replaced my well pump within 2 hours. What more could you ask for? l got water again, thank you, you are great!

Terry and David installed a new pump early on a Sunday morning. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. My family and I will be using them from this point forward.

Pressure plate on the pump started leaking. Terry returned my call and his technician was at my house that afternoon. After looking at the pump and the age, we decided to replace the pump. Terry was at my house on Christmas Eve replacing the pump. Pump was replaced quickly and no mess was left. I highly recommend Terry and his crew!

Well pump quit at 1700 Hrs. on a Sunday evening. Called Lakes Region and spoke with Terry the owner. He offered to come right over and check to make sure it wasn't a simple problem he could take care of immediately. We agreed it could wait until the following morning. He arrived at 0700 Hrs. on Monday. He diagnosed the problem as a seized pump. We agreed on the cost for a replacement. He left and got a new pump and equipment need to do the job and by 1015 Hrs. the job was completed and water was back on. That says it all!
