Very professional and took care of the problem we had without trying to sell us something we didnâ t need at that time.

I initially called having air in my flushing/raucets. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and it was determined it was due to my older water filtration system. He gave me different options and we both agreed on one as the best option. I have dealt with contractors many many times, but I cannot begin to explain the wonderful service and work completion. He even did a water test which determined one problem, but after the new filtration system, the problem had been corrected via a second water test. I cannot comment enough words to compliment how well this project was completed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very timely response to my well pump problem, which left me without water at my vacation home. Terry not only immediately fixed the pump problem (no pressure), but he also educated me on how to troubleshoot the problem if it happens again. His assistant was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and would hire Terry again in a heartbeat.

Terry and his crew were professional and efficient! They evaluated the system, and recommended a new tank (the existing one was 20th arms old). Based on the age of the system, they also recommended replacing the pump in the well, giving us the option to replace it at the same time, or wait. We chose to do it all at once. They answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. I’m so happy we chose these folks to service our well and replace the tank!

I have had trouble getting people to come out to where I live. I developed a leak near my well water pump and had to shut it down. Searched for a repair man and Lakes Region Pump and Irrigation called me within 10 min. Explained my problem and they came out the next day. Now this was a Friday they came out on very short notice on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. Got my water back up in less than an hour. Answered all my questions. Few more problems to deal with which I am in process of getting done. I have been up here in NH for 23 years never have had such a quick thorough job done. Just canâ t say enough. Very happy with their service.

These folks were extremely nice, did a great job, and were excellent and I would recommend this company 100 times over!!! I actually called 35 different companies to come out and help us, and they were the only company that would even take me on as a customer!!! no one is taking new customers because business is good and they do have to!!! I cannot say enough good things about this company..............they saved us and we are so glad we chose them!! thank you trip.

Our water was completely out when our well pump died. Lakes Region Pump & Irrigation new we were without water and they came out the same day to make sure the problem was with the pump and then came back the next morning to pull the old pump and install a new one. They made sure we had the right equipment and got us and our animals hydrated again quickly.

He came, saw the issues and was able to fix that day! Excellent work!

The staff returned my voicemail within 20minutes and were on site within hours. They spent the entire afternoon 20 degrees weather, replacing my deep 500' well pump. The price was very fair. I would defiantly recommend them.

Immediate response to call & exceptional customer service. Very nice people doing very best to help their customers, which are ususally in a difficult situation when they do call for service. Knowledgeable, effecient, kind and adhered to COVID protocol. Terry returned 2 days later for follow up and to give additional help with different plumbing issue. It all happened during Thanksgiving holiday week. Great group of people. Thank You!
