He left a live wire hanging in my basement. Difficult to talk to on the phone. I specifically asked him to label new breaker box, which he didn't do. Other than that the work appeared to be good and up to code, but leaving a live wire hanging in the basement is no good.

Jimmy was very accommodating with our last minute rush for some difficult work that needed to be done before our guests arrived. He had some good solutions and squeezed us into his busy schedule. Even worked in the pouring rain. Very pleasant person to deal with.
