I had a terrible experience with this pool provider. They were completely unreliable with the dates and showed no accountability when asked about the status of the job. The project was delayed for two months. Their attitude was both disrespectful and unprofessional. I do not recommend their services.

Our recent experience with A-2-Z Pool Service has been terrible. In October, 2013 Don Senecal, owner of A-2-Z Pool Service was contracted to winterize our pool. The cover was never placed on the pool and over the remaining fall and winter the pool filled with debris. Any professional pool company either knew or should have known to secure the pool cover. In the Spring of 2014 A-2-Z Pool Service (Don Senecal) was hired to open the pool and as part of that process Don Senecal agreed to clean the pool at no extra charge. He acknowledged that he should have secured the cover for the winter. Although I regrettably paid him in full he never cleaned the pool. Furthermore, he never responded to any subsequent calls to him from us. Additionally A-2-Z Pool Service was hired several years back to perform maintenance on our concrete pool which included replacing a roughly one foot strip of tile on three sides of our pool. The tile on the fourth side of the pool was fine and in no need of repair. Currently all the sides that Don Senecal ?repaired? have largely fallen off while the fourth side of tile that he never touched is still in fine shape. The only reason that we gave A-2-Z Pool Service this recent business is that we had contracted with him for a number of years in the past to open and close our pool and he did reasonable work during that time. He was generally responsive to our needs during that time as well. Though A-2-Z Pool Service may have contracted for work they were not equipped to perform (the retiling), it seems that their quality of work for even basic procedures (opening and closing) has been degraded. Sadly, although we hired A-2-Z Pool Service to open and close our pool for 8-9 years, we will never use them again.
Description of Work: A-2-Z Pool Service closed and opened our pool. Additionally, several years ago, among other things, three sides of our pool were re-tiled by A-2-Z Pool Service.

My in ground pool liner had been damaged. Don came out and repaired it and installed a new liner. There was also a leak in the pipe somewhere. Don even dug up the pipe and found the leak and replaced the line all the way to the filter. All this work was done in one day!
Description of Work: This work was part of an insurance claim and so the amount I paid was the $1,000 deductible. I hired A 2 Z Pool Service to install a new liner as well as fix the walls and flooring under the liner. Various new gaskets and misc other items needed to be replaced.
