It was not a pleasant experience dealing with this vendor. He played the bait and switch game with us. He agreed to accept credit card payment for the install of the new tank. When the work was finished, he came up with a story that it was too expensive for him to accept that form of payment and he wanted either cash or check for payment in full (50% of the job). He made demand of 50% of the job before he would order tank and schedule the work. We met the initial demand. This vendor is rough around the edges to say the least! He was gruff when asked questions about the scope of the work and during the work in progress. He did not like being questioned for I refer to as "educate the consumer". His responses were aggressive and condescending in tone. When vying for the big job, he would return my calls and address me by my first name; when he was on site and responding to any questions, he would address me as "Mrs. _______", this is how it is! They scheduled the work, came to the property, received phone call and left with the materials and returned days later to provide the service quoted. Date were: 3/24; 3/26, 4/1 and finally 4/8th. The new tank was scratched during transport/installation by the crew. It was left accordingly.

Gary hung the phone up screaming to the top of his voice that he didn't need to do the work and that I could go f.............off. Nutbag!
