Mark was prompt, professional and an all-around good guy. He completed the work in a timely manner...in fact, he was finished by noon time when he had estimated it would take untill 2:00 PM. He obviously knows the electrical trade very well, and I would recommend him to others.

After an electrical emergency came up on Columbus Day I needed an electrician. After 3 hours of calling different companies to beg for help I finally stumbled upon HomeAdvisor, wish I had done so much sooner. Within 5 minutes of signing up I received a call from Mark and he came out that afternoon. Very fast response, which was a relief after so much frustration at nobody being able/wanting to help out. It turned out to be a big job, but Mark worked with my landlord every step of the way. Thank you, I only wish HomeAdvisor was the first place I went that day.

I did not hire them.....I purchased the whole package-generator and installation from Home Depot. Diamond was the installers that Home Depot sent. However. I was very pleased with both the installer and the installation.

Needed old 60A electrical service upgraded to 100A. Replaced mast, meter socket, and breaker box. Initial response was quick and estimate was accurate. Work was performed within a few days. Quality and attention to detail was very good. Mark also coordinated the work with PSNH. Overall the experience with both Diamond Electrical and HomeAdvisor.com was entirely positive. Would use their services again and recommend them highly.

Diamond Electric was wonderful to us. Their service was prompt and he was very thorough with what the problem was and immediately new the problem and fixed it. I will definetly call Diamond Electrici again if I had another issue with my electric. I also would recommend them to anyone . The price was also very reasonable.

Diamond Electric called and arrived promptly. Very nice, very efficient. I need an Indoor Water Fountain wiring repair. The electrician, reviewed the item and came up with a solution, quickly. Extremely reasonable in pricing and issue was resolved very quickly.

I spoke to diamond elect about a transfer switch for my backup generator and he was available to do the work at end of the week. the folowing morning mark called and he had the morning open due to cancellation and could come today mark was professional knowledgable and courtous. the job was done in a few hours and was even better designed than the big box store doit yourself . I would highly recommend mark and use him in the future.

Diamond Electric was professional, prompt and did what he said he was going to do. Marc explained the whole process of how to use the generator, hooking the generator to the house and to the hook up of the house and he cleaned up after he had completed his work.
