deck cleaning, pressure washing
 + 0 moreThat week went by and he kept blowing us off. Now it is too late to seal the porch and deck before the winter because it will not be warm enough to apply the stain. He is not dependable and has beaten me out of $100, because it does not cost $200 for three hours of pressure washing.
Description of Work: We hired him to pressure wash and stain our deck and farmer's porch. He did three hours of power washing on the 7th, asked for $200, and said he would be back to finish the job the following week with the appropriate weather.
