Greg and his crew were unbelievable. They transformed what was a forest of stumps (about 50+) into a new yard. He spent a lot of time going over exactly what we wanted to do with the yard and offered some excellent suggestions. He stopped by every time we had a question. Then Greg removed all the stumps, rocks (boulders), regraded the side and back yard. Next the loam arrived (about 12+ dump trucks) and was spread and properly pitched. Then the existing sprinkler system was repaired and new zones installed. A new controller and rain sensor were also added. We went from 4 zones to 12 zones. Four (4) zones were for the new holly, flower and grass beds (drip irrigation) Installation was great. Last was the hydro seeding. Greg showed us how to setup the timer and when/how long the system needed to run to keep the seed damp. After the first week he came back and checked the system, readjusted heads and the zone times. During the second..or third week we had two (2) heads stop rotating. We called, Greg came right out and changed out the heads and once again, went threw the entire system and readjusted heads to make sure they were reaching all the seed. The quality of his work and his personal attention is what separate him from others.
