Inquired about services on 08/28/18. Still no response.

It went very well.

The tech came over when scheduled, diagnosed the problem, manually defrosted the aplliance so it would start the cooling cycle again, and ordered the broken part. Then when the part arrived, he came back and replaced it.

They are a local business. I've been using them for 15 years. They are very responsive, very reasonably priced, honest, and have a good quality of everything.

Stove as determined to be functional but at the end of it's life. Refrigerator needs to be replace due to worn out door hinges. Subsequently purchased both new at showroom of this supplier.

Had a fantastic experience from purchasing the washer and dryer to them delivering for installation. Salesperson was friendly and professional. Provided a recommendation on the maytag washer/dryer once we gave him our requirements of something in the middle of the road for price but being energy efficient. I've never had an applicance purchase go so fast. Delivery of the washer/dryer was on time. They were very efficient and friendly and professional. Very pleasant to work with. Installation was completed within the hour. They were very flexible and gave me time to clean the floor after removal of my old washer/dryer. And also patiently waited on my additional request to wash the floor. While changing out my washer they gave me the heads up that i'll need a plumber to come out to fix the hot water as it wasn't working. Once everything was installed. The one of delivery guy provided the rebate forms and receipts and patiently explained what i needed to fill out and when it needed to be post marked by. And where he couldn't answer one of my questions he recommended i reach out to the salesperson. In addition, the licensed gas specialist which we paid extra for to help install the gas dryer also took the time to explain the runnings on the washer and dryer. Provided alot of helpful tips/recommendations as it's more energy efficient than my old washer/dryer. Not knowing he was one of the owners, I had offer him a tip which he politely refused. He then revealed to me he was one of the onwers and expressed his appreciation of our business with them and stated that they service the washer/dryer for 1 year under warranty and for me to call them with any questions or issues.

Luke arrived at the time stated. He worked quickly and knew exactly what needed to be repaired. It took him a little over an hour to fix 3 appliances. My husband had some questions and he took the time to answer them and show him (at my husband's request). Luke is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I am definitely going to refer Brennan and MacKay to family and friends for service and sales !

Exceptional service from start to delivery/setup and beyond. A family store with a lot of choices. I told them I had never bought an oven before, and they walked me thorugh the process. They were honest about what I might need, prices, reliability, etc. They did not talk down to me. The delivery happened when they said it would, and the appliance has worked perfecrtly for two years. I'll need a refrigerator soon and I'll go there first.

I was impressed. Dryer repaired quickly.Also impressive was that he showed me how to extend the life of my dryer. He said it should last another 20 years (and their business sells applicances) He arrived on time and he even took the tme to clean out the dryer and instruct me about what he did. I would and have recommend this business

Great service. My oven stopped heating the day before Christmas. Actually the heating element cracked. I called 2 days after Christmas and was surprised he could come the next day, and I was home for the day anyway, as he was in the area. He was just here, had the exact part and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Was supposed to come in the morning or by 1:00, but he called around 11:00 to say he wouldn't be there until after 3:00. At least that gave me time to run some errands, which I had planned to do after he left.

They arrived on time, were curteous and friendly. The repair took less than 30 minutes from the time they rang the door bell and the time they left. They obviously knew what they were doing.

Great experience. From the sales help (helped a man pick the right stove for his needs - took time to ensure I got what I needed) to the installation, they were on time, helpful, responsive and professional. They took away all the old parts for just $10. They cleaned up everything. I'm getting a microwave this year and more in 2013 and will definitely go back. I may even pay a little more if necessary to make syre I can work with them.

I was planning to move and during home inspection discovered one of the burners would not light in my gas Jenn Air cooktop. I called Brennan and McKay to repair. They were responsive and professional and got the job done in time for final walkthrough by home buyer.

They came out and took the larger piece apart and it was the motor on the dishwater. They got the wholw thing working again. They are very good, locally owned. They are very honest and been around a long time. The repair person really knew the machines knew dishwashers in particular at that moment. He seemed very knowledgeable and not just replacing big elements but understood how each of the basic components worked and how they could be broken down to be repaired for a lot less money. I was just very impressed and he was very knowledgeable, and he was very nice to have in my home. He was very helpful in terms of giving me some hints on using the dishwater. He was great and I was very impressed. They sell most of the brands that are availbale on the market, locally owned and prices were very competitive with any of the big box stores and they offer great service which that is hard to find now a days. You can find places to buy things but having them serviced later on and that's what's tuff.
